Below expectations
Pros:

The hotel was neat, the pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was just okay nothing extraordinary

Cons:

They had no bath robes such a big hotel not sure why but they stayed they had in their service.The heater in the bathroom was not working, even after trying so much dust came out.The pool was under construction.

Good and clean hotel with a few service issues in our room at a great location. I would still recommend it.

Great location and very clean.

Cons:

Only one towel for two people. Unfortunately, we noticed at 6:00 AM when we had to shower and leave right away. There was no time to ask for more. The hair dryer was defective and smoke came out of it so it wasn’t usable. Without that, our stay would have been a 10.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, aber momentan eingerüstet

Sehr chic, stylisch, schönes Gebäude, sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, gute Reaktion des Personals auf unsere Beschwerde (es wurde uns ein Zimmerwechsel in den 7. Stock mit unverstelltem Blick und jeweils ein Getränkegutschein an der Bar angeboten).

Cons:

Die komplette Fensterfront Richtung Podbi war bis zum 5. Stock eingerüstet mit einem Baugerüst. Unser Zimmer mit großer Fensterfront war im 1. Stock und wir sahen gar nichts außer Abdeckfolie. Besonders geärgert hat uns, dass diese Information NIRGENDS bei der Buchung ersichtlich war und der Kunde auch nicht vor Ankunft über die Baustelle informiert wurde. Das verstehe ich nicht unter dem Service eines 4-Sterne Hotels.

Ich hatte ein Hotel mit Park Möglichkeiten gesucht und als wir ankamen gab es das nur zum 24 Stunden bezahl Tarif !!

Nochmal Hannover dann wieder in dem Hotel
Pros:

Unterkunft war top
Liegt zentral zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel..
Zimmer sind super und das Bett top
Frühstück war auch sehr gut
Personal super freundlich

Cons:

Das Parkhaus was nicht zum
Hotel gehört ist eine Frechheit. Lieber hinten am Wald parken
