War okay, mit Porential nach oben!
Pros:

Die gute Lage!

Cons:

Es was wenig Personal zugegen und ein Lift funktionierte nicht. Ist jetzt eigentlich kein großes Thema, aber bei einem noch relativ großem Hotel, fällt das dann schon ins Gewicht.

Wir werden wieder kommen
Pros:

Unser Zimmer in der 7. Etage war sehr schön.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Der Bahnhof, Fußgängerzonen und der Zoo sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Das es nur einen intakten Fahrstuhl gab. Für dieses große Haus sollte schnellstens ein Techniker vor Ort sein um Störungen zu beseitigen..
Die Tiefgarage gehört nicht mehr zum Hotel. Sie kann genutzt werden für 30,00€ pro Tag., viel zu teuer. Viele Plätze sind Dauer vermietet.
Darauf sollte auf jeden Fall hingewiesen werden, vor der Buchung.
Beim Auschecken habe ich gemeldet, dass die Gardine von irgend jemanden an zwei Stellen zerschnitten worden ist. Die Antwort die ich bekam: hat sie das gestört....

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes gelegenes Hotel, die Mitarbeiter waren auch soweit freundlich und die Zimmer hatten eine schöne Größe.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir für zwei Personen nur ein Set Handtücher, konnte jedoch schnell welche nach bekommen. Hauptaspekt der negativ war, war die verstopfte Dusche wo auch das Abfluss Cover nicht mehr intakt war..
Für den Preis fand ich es nicht angemessen

Lidt manglende skiltning i Parkeringskælderen. Plejer at bestille overnatninger med morgenmad men havde glemt det her. Morgenmaden var lidt i den dyre ende.

A perfect blend of nature, city convenience, and family-friendly comfort at an excellent price
Pros:

My wife, our one-year-old son, and I had a fantastic stay and found it to be excellent value for money. The hotel literally opens into the Eilenriede Forest, with countless stroller-friendly walking and hiking paths right outside the door, yet it's only a 10-15 minute walk from the city center and shopping district, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Hannover Hbf is also within easy walking distance, about 20 minutes away. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a slightly larger room to accommodate our baby's crib, which was greatly appreciated. The fitness center and sauna are excellent, and there's also a small play area for babies and toddlers. Overall, it was an excellent base for exploring Hannover with a baby.

Was wir schon viel besser erlebt haben war das Frühstück nebst Personal

Das Frühstück ist es nicht mehr wert
In einer Pension ist die Auswahl größer und mit entschieden mehr Liebe und Sorgfalt aufgebaut. Tomaten beispielsweise viertelt man nicht und wirft sie in eine Schale wenn diese vielleicht mit auf das belegte Brötchen kommen. Wurst und Käse Auswahl ist bei uns privat manchmal größer
Auch Früchte für Joghurt Speisen und dergleichen müssten fast mit einem Messer vorher noch zerkleinert werden
Die Krönung waren die Erdbeeren; diese bekommt man im Augenblick an jeder Straßenecke frisch und im Hotel als Pampe die besser zu Marmelade verarbeitet werden sollte

Surprisingly good restaurant
Pros:

Chain hotel. Relatively new. Room perfectly adequate size for this level of hotel. Only one person at Reception, but it was a Sunday. We did not have to wait but saw a queue later. Our room only had towels for one (we were a couple) which was a bit irritating. Car park is a public car park with an entry into the hotel. It is, as others have said, crazily expensive - €30 + per night.
Finding the hotel was tricky as satnav told me I had arrived at the car park, which shares the address. One side of the hotel has scaffolding and a curtain, which makes it difficult to spot.
The thing that really surprised us was the restaurant. We had low expectations and the limited menu reduced them further. But we had driven from England and were too tired to go out looking for a restaurant. At first we were the only clients and then another couple arrived. I order the smashed burger and my wife ordered beef cheeks. Both dishes were excellent. Well cooked, tasty and well-presented. The server was very friendly as well. Quite amazing, in a good way!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, eine sehr gute Getränkeauswahl inklusive frischgepresster Orangensaft, Ingwerwasser, Minzwasser etc. Verschiedenste Eierspeisen. SEhr ansprechend.
