Pros:

Veldig god frokost.

Cons:

Luktet våt hund på rommet. Ellers god størrelse. Senger var litt harde. Var rent.

Pros:

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank könnte etwas mehr Power haben.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Très bel établissement, offrant un excellent niveau de confort. Les chambres sont propres, la literie est très agréable et l’hôtel est bien situé, avec un accès pratique aux principaux axes et aux transports. Un très bon choix pour un séjour à Hanovre.

Pros:

Flotte værelser, restaurant osv. Personale var flinke og imødekommende.

Cons:

Air con var dårlig på 1 sal hvor vi havde et værelse, og på 5 sal var det bedre der havde vi også et værelse.

Schönes Hotel mit ausbaufähigem Service

Das Hotel hat eigentlich einen guten Standard die Zimmer sind schön und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Speiseraum angenehm temperiert

Cons:

Das Hotel war zu dem Zeitpunkt eingerüstet. Darüber wurden wir nicht vorher informiert. Einer von 2 Aufzügen war das ganze Wochenende defekt. Das Housekeeping hat vergessen bei uns sauber zu machen auf Nachfrage wurde es uns zugesichert es,wurde dann aber nicht gemacht. Als wir am nächsten Morgen die Mängel beschrieben, stellte sich heraus, das das Hotel für die besagten Mängel nicht zuständig ist: das houskeeping ist eine Fremdfirma, der Bau am Haus läuft ohne Absprachen mit dem Hotel, die Aufzugsfirma liefert die Teile nicht und von der gesperrten Tiefgarage erfuhr das Hotel durch die Gäste. Fazit: ich betreibe ein Hotel und nehme Geld ein, bin aber für nicht soviel an Service wirklich verantwortlich .

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Bad war sauber und auch das Zimmer machte auf den ersten Blick einen ordentlichen Eindruck.

Das Personal beim Check-in war hervorragend – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Am nächsten Tag war der Empfang hingegen eher neutral und wirkte fast etwas unfreundlich. Da wir aber keinen weiteren Kontakt hatten, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört.

Ein Punkt hat unseren Aufenthalt allerdings deutlich beeinträchtigt: Wir waren mit einem Kind unterwegs und das Schlafsofa wurde freundlicherweise als Bett vorbereitet. Leider hatte unser Kind ab der ersten Nacht starke allergische Reaktionen, die während des gesamten Aufenthalts anhielten. Das lässt vermuten, dass das Zimmer – insbesondere das Schlafsofa oder der Teppich – möglicherweise nicht gründlich genug gereinigt war oder dass sich dort Hausstaubmilben oder andere Allergene befanden.
