Awful, hotel over booked and did not communicate
Friendly staff, well appointed rooms, and great location.
I had a great time, first and foremost I would like to thank the staff. They made my stay and Atlanta trip the best I have had in a long time. Madison, that check-in was so professional and helpful. I arrived extremely earlier than planned. So was able to accommodate the early check in and personally went and checked to verify my room was ready. Thought my stay, she called me by name, gave great advice on where to eat and things to see. J.P. At the front desk was also extremely helpful and made sure I was enjoying my stay and great just to talk to. The valets Angel and Emad were both so friendly, making sure I got where I need to go and took good care of my old school friend when they came to hangout and catch up at the rooftop bar. I can’t forget Derek and Temple at the rooftop bar, they kept your glasses and stomachs full. All the staff members were great but these members excelled above and beyond expectations. I can not imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Atlanta again in a few months. Thank you all!! Again Madison, JP, Derek, Temple, Emad, and Angel , see each of you soon

Love Hotel Colee! Wonderful staff and clean rooms. I adore their decor - eclectic and fun. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel's Sister restaurant. Great avocado toast! My wife had two dirty martinis and found them to be delicious. Monica at Sister was lovely. We will definitely stay at Hotel Colee next time we are in Atlanta.

How clean it is
Only Monica and JP at reception are the only people serious with their work. They tried their best to help us.
The attitude of some of the staff. We were not helped during our four day stay.our telephone was not working. New had to be changed to room 823 which was smelling sewage. We ask to be taken back to the earlier room which we got when we arrived. No one helped us with the luggage. Our room was not cleaned for the whole two days. When we went for breakfast. No one informed people there that we were moved. It was a struggle to eat breakfast. It was like we never paid. It’s a hotel o want to forget. I was there for the World Cup but I would never recommend it to anyone else. Very horrible experience.
I want to acknowledge outstanding service provided by a young man named Andres during breakfast service today. He was constantly moving between multiple responsibilities, helping wherever he was needed while maintaining a positive attitude and genuine smile.
He welcomed every guest with kindness and a ton of patience. For a couple of guests, he went above and beyond. One young lady showed up just after he finished closing up the morning coffee bar. She did not know, there isn’t a sign. But he took the time to reopen the latte machine. It was a small gesture that made a big difference in her morning. It demonstrated his dedication to ensuring that every guest feels valued.
Andres is a wonderful representative of your organization, and his efforts did not go unnoticed. Please extend my appreciation for making my morning experience so enjoyable.

Everything was great ! I didn’t really like the sister restaurant the food wasn’t the best but that’s opinion based so I’m sure other people like it ! I also will say we tried going to the bar “rose & rye “ and we got there at 12:20
Thinking “oh we still have some time they close at 1am “ as soon as we walked in the bartender yelled out “bars closed ladies “ so we kindly asked “what time do yall close “ mind you it’s 12:21 and she replied with “ bar closes at 12:30”
The ac/heating doesnt work
i practically had to beg for reimbursement and only got free night reward points
