I liked the location!! Very nice and comfortable!

Cons:

Everything was great ! I didn’t really like the sister restaurant the food wasn’t the best but that’s opinion based so I’m sure other people like it ! I also will say we tried going to the bar “rose & rye “ and we got there at 12:20
Thinking “oh we still have some time they close at 1am “ as soon as we walked in the bartender yelled out “bars closed ladies “ so we kindly asked “what time do yall close “ mind you it’s 12:21 and she replied with “ bar closes at 12:30”

Horrible
Pros:

Didn't have the room I booked!!!! Put me in a room with soaking wet floor. Very disappointed. I booked well in advance and to give away the room i booked is unacceptable. I will tell everyone i know to stay away from your hotel

It was close to alot of things

Cons:

The comforter on the bed had a big tan dirty spot from a women's makeup on a 8x8 inch square. Meaning the comforter was dirty. And the pot smell was rough at times.

Colee is a absolute beautiful hotel. The rooms are comfortable, not to mention the staff is great.

No free parking, parking is hard to find that don’t rip your pockets off. Not cool

The food

Cons:

Taking and extra 200. And no air. It’s stay at 76 the whole time. And the refrigerator wow had to get a bucket of ice to put 3 drink in at a time really now.

Lovel hotel, lovely staff but room service was not the best
Pros:

The hotel was modern, clean and in a fantastic location. The staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was very good and Monica and Andres serving breakfast were simply excellent and a credit to the hotel.

Cons:

Room service was a huge let down, failed to provided enough towels one day, failed to replace shower gel and shampoo when empty another day, failed to take out trash twice, failed to make up room at all one day, failed to make up hotel before 5pm on at least 3 occasions. I notified front desk who were helpful in resolving but it was frustrating to have to keep reporting issues. I asked to speak to the hotel supervisor 3 times but at no point did they make themselves available to discuss my concerns.

Pros:

The location was great and so were the staff. James and Brittany checked me in and were wonderful and very helpful throughout the stay. They ensured my check-in was very smooth and informed me of all the amenities the hotel had to offer.

The hotel is in a great location, easy commute to anything that you would want to do in downtown. The valet service was great.
