Consigliato per più notti.
Pros:

E' in ottima posizione a pochi metri dalla stazione, si tratta di un grande complesso con più torri hotel, io sono stato nel N Tower e mi sono trovato bene anche se si vede che l'hotel non è proprio recente. Un grande vantaggio è l'avere all'interno molti ristorantini e una food court oltre che negozietti e konbini che lo rendono comodissimo per un pernottamento prolungato.

Cons:

Sarebbe auspicabile rinnovare le camere, sia i bagni un po' vecchi, la moquette e così via.

Convenient, but pricey
Pros:

Location is very convenient to Shinkansen. Plenty to do and eat without leaving the hotel. The general buildings feel fancy. The kids loved bowling all in the same place. It is nice to have access to shopping, dining, entertainment, etc without having to leave the building.

Cons:

Check in took a very long time despite booking in advance. Window viewed the building next door. 😂 Very popular among foreigners which meant the dining area experience was overwhelming with the volume and things going on. Multiple interactions with the staff were unpleasant. Very pricey and everything is a separate charge, and a high one at that. We got our necessary night’s stay, but would not choose this hotel specifically apart from its location.
Despite reserving through booking and being charged for my child as an “adult” staying in the room and paying for breakfast for all those staying, we still had to pay separately at breakfast for her and the other younger children. Something about that landed as…. 🧐

Overvalued
Pros:

Its location is good. It’s right opposite Shinagawa station. ✅

It’s clean ✅

Cons:

I booked the hotel a few weeks in advance on booking.com and ended up paying more than $400 USD per night. But on the day I checked in, booking.com and other travel sites showed the price in the range of $200-$250 range. And the hotel refused to reduce my daily rate ☹️

The hotel room was clean but it was extremely small and I felt that I did not get $400 worth of value per day from my stay here

部屋が埃っぽかった。
ベビーベットかしていただいてありがたかったが、狭すぎて使えなかった。またベビーベットのマットレスは柔らかい昔の布団を使っており、それに大人用シーツをバサっとかけてあるだけ。
窒息のリスクが高いと思うので、いわゆるベビー用の硬いマットレスにしていただけたらと思う。
