Please note that renovation work of the main tower: guest rooms (from 6th to 37th floors), and the lobby (1st floor), the annex tower: guest rooms (from 8th to 32nd floors), and the lobby (7th floor), and the Restaurant Ajikaido Gojusanji main tower (38th floor) will be carried out from November 1, 2026 to April 2029.

Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from November 1, 2026 at 09:00 to April 2029.

Renovation work is taking place from 09:00 to 17:00 daily. The lobby, restaurant F38, and some rooms are under renovation.

Children aged 3 to 5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding with a plan that includes breakfast.

食事とエンタメが充実している洗練された素敵なホテル
Pros:

朝食ブッフェとハプナの全国うまいものフェアのランチブッフェが和食から洋食、中華までかなり充実していて楽しく選んで食事ができた事。
アクアパークや映画館もあってエンターテイメントが充実していて、楽しく利用させて頂きました。
外観内観も洗練されていてスタイリッシュなホテルてある事。

Cons:

各タワーへの移動が分かりにくく迷うことが多かった事。

Great amenities, but hotel rooms needs to be updated.
Pros:

The property was near the train station and close to shopping. We had also an aquarium on property site, and if you show you’re a hotel guest you get a discount off the admission.

Cons:

The hotel rooms were outdated and old. It seemed small and cramped.

Aux portes de Tokyo, hôtel confortable à côté de la gare de Shinagawa, ce qui facilite les déplacements.
Impersonnel, peu excitant mais il fait le job!
