Reasonably priced, Ok room, excellent location and breakfast!
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent!
Location is right across Shinagawa station - easy to go around, very convenient if want to travels - bullet trains are right there!

I will continue to stay there on our frequent visits to Japan to see family.
Pros:

It is a very good hotel in a great location, well priced, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I think the ¥4,000 to use the swimming pool was absolutely ridiculous. A charge similar to what you pay to go to a public pool in Australia such as ¥1,000 would be more acceptable, preferably ¥0 for hotel guests.
