Very convenient and comfortable stay
Pros:

Location close to Hineda and right next to Shinagawa station is excellent. Easy check in and check out.

今回は、メインタワー。安かったから、仕方ないのかもしれないけど。7階の部屋だったけど、隣のビルの駐車場と同じ高さで、窓の外には、車と目の合う距離の人。日中でも、遮光カーテンを開けにくいし、なんだか落ち着かない部屋だった。

泊まるだけにしてはコスパよかったです。

品川駅からすぐの立地で便利です。特に、帰りの羽田空港に行くときは乗り換えなしで行けました。
夕食の飲食店も近くに探せました。

We stayed for just one night as a convenient stop before our flight back to Singapore, and the hotel served that purpose very well.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. The location is probably one of the hotel's biggest strengths, being right next to Shinagawa Station, which makes getting around Tokyo and travelling to the airport very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options in and around the hotel.

A particular highlight was dinner at Table 9 Tokyo. The food, setting and overall dining experience were excellent and made our final evening in Japan particularly enjoyable.

Overall, it was a clean, comfortable and very conveniently located hotel that worked well for our one-night stay before flying home.

Cons:

The only aspect that could have been better was the service. While the staff were efficient, some interactions felt a little hurried and less patient than what we had experienced during our stays in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. This may simply reflect the much faster pace of a large Tokyo hotel, but the difference was noticeable.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel, with amazing facilities including an 11 screen IMAX, 80 Lane bowling alley, aquarium, tennis courts and huge selection of restaurants. Not to mention a shopping centre.

The only thing I didnt like was the step up to the bathroom

The pillow was too soft. The room smelt of cigarette despite being a smoke free room. Breakfast was crowded. Best not to have breakfast here.
