Pros:

Stopped off at Bowden Hall for two nights while visiting family early July 26. Very reasonable rates and staff are friendly and helpful. Surrounding landscape is beautiful.Breakfast is good and a selection to suit all. The standard room is fine with comfortable bed and shower over bath. Air conditioning in the room was very welcome during the very hot spell of weather. WiFi also very good. Great value for your money. Highly recommended.

Overall , our family get together ,at the hotel was just lovely
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent,staff were very accommodating.
Grounds were lovely

Cons:

Had to ask to be given a different room, than the one that was allocated to us. As the first room had no AC so was like an oven.
Some of our party had to put up with a very stuffy room, as there were no AC rooms left . So their stay was uncomfortable

A wonderful calm place to stay close to Gloucester
Pros:

Lovely situation and parking in the grounds. Spacious, well decorated interior with period details.Terrace and bar for drinks outside overlooking mature gardens and Trees.
Breakfast was excellent and optional dinner also. Room was a delight with two arched windows viewing trees.
All facilities were of quality and the bed was very comfortable.
Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Key cards were a slight issue, but successfully resolved.

Vornehme Villa mit etwas Staubansatz
Pros:

Sehr schönes Haus außerhalb von Gloucester aber nah genug für einen Abstecher in die City.

Cons:

Es war stickig warm im Zimmer und das Fenster ließ sich nur einen kleinen Spalt weit öffnen. Da hat auch der Ventilator keine Chance gehabt.
