The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form that will be sent by the property. If you plan to bring your pet with you, please note that a GBP 35 cleaning fee will be applied. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted in the swimming pool unless supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children under 18 years of age, supervised by parents or guardians aged 18 or over can access the swimming pool from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 21:30 and on weekends from 08:00 to 20:00. Please note that Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to June.

La atención al momento de llegar al hotel fue bastante deficiente y poco profesional. La persona que nos recibió ni siquiera nos dio un saludo al llegar. Tampoco nos proporcionó información básica que cualquier huésped espera recibir durante el check-in, como el número de habitación, el nivel y horario del desayuno, ni las indicaciones generales necesarias para nuestra estancia.

Emplacement très bien, hôtel vétuste.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, le personnel est très agréable. L’hôtel est bien équipé, avec la piscine, salle de gym, de squash.

Cons:

Chambre très vétuste, la moquette semble pas trop nickel. Cela fait rafistolage, et pas fait par des professionnels. C’est uniquement l’emplacement qui justifie la prestation, sinon trop cher pour le reste et ne mérite pas 5 étoiles.

Great attention to detail with a little room for improvement, overall a wonderful stay
Pros:

Great location, excellent staff and attention to detail including special requests and additional touches to the room for our special occasion. Breakfast buffet great selection of good and lovely setting.

Cons:

Health spa could benefit from the refurbishment project that's underway in the hotel along with the rooms we had - ie making sockets more accessible and a general electrical and plumbing upgrade.

Absolutely incredible!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and Nelisa went the extra mile to make my special birthday so special and memorable!
