The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form that will be sent by the property. If you plan to bring your pet with you, please note that a GBP 35 cleaning fee will be applied. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted in the swimming pool unless supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children under 18 years of age, supervised by parents or guardians aged 18 or over can access the swimming pool from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 21:30 and on weekends from 08:00 to 20:00. Please note that Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to June.

nothing at all
the property was dirty , in need of repair, the shower was not suitable for disabled access as advertised, the shower had no soap , the room as extremely cold , access to get to the toilet was impossible, the mini bar was empty, the coffee machine was broken,

Excellent location and rooms were a good size. Staff went an extra mile to decorate my son’s room as we were celebrating his 18th birthday and that was a lovely touch.
We were charged an additional £33 for one person for breakfast even though we booked 2 rooms for 4 people and when we checked in staff could see that there were 4 of us. We should have been told at check in that they could only see 3 people in the booking. The room rates were very expensive ( over £300 per night) but because breakfast was included we chose this hotel. To be charged extra for the one breakfast was in my opinion unnecessary.

Breakfast was passable but far from 5 star
The hotel is shabby and feels unclean, the airconditioning in our room was noisy, we had to turn it off to sleep, the TV did not work at all, the bathroom is tiny, the loo seat fell off, the water in the bath came out brown

The gym was really good with well-maintained equipment.
The property is old and requires maintenance. The floor of our room was creaky. There wasn’t enough lighting in the room which is why it felt dark and a bit claustrophobic throughout the day. The customer service was average. Had to visit reception multiple times just to get an extra bottle of water. The steam room was out of order.
The location was ideal, close to theatre land and other places of interest. The room, whilst a bit dated, was large and well proportioned, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite for our stay. The breakfast was good with a wide selection, but one complaint is that the Bain Maries didn't keep the food hot and the freshly prepared fried eggs were very oily and not fully cooked.

Ideally located, staff were very attentive and went the extra mile as we were celebrating a birthday.
The breakfast was fabulous and the room you eat it in is just stunning. The hotel is nice and in a great location. The room was comfortable and they had made a nice welcome card and gift when we got there.
The room was very dark and I would have preferred more lighting.
