Buena estancia en París en calle tranquila!
Pros:

Hotel pequeñito pero cómodo, práctico y bien decorado. A 5 minutos a pie de la parada de Denfert, perfecto cuando llegas de Orly.

Cons:

Había una pieza de la pila del baño que estaba rota y estaban esperando respuesto.
Retuvieron 100 euros de depósito que, para un par de noches, no creo que hubiera sido necesario. No obstante, lo devolvieron en la salida sin problemas

Great location, facilities lacking for the cost
Pros:

The highlight of the hotel was the location. Very nice safe neighborhood close to the train station. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff was fine.

Cons:

Paris was incredibly hot this week and although the hotel does advertise they have air conditioning it really cannot be considered AC, really just a fan. I know it will not be US air con but, I have stayed in Paris and in France several times in similar conditions and never had a room with as bad of AC. To make this worse there was construction being done to the facade of the building so there was scaffolding up in front making it impossible to open the windows. The room was a normal Paris size, but the bathroom was one of the smallest I have seen. For the price I would expect better.

A great place in Paris
Pros:

I did not imagine that hotel staff could be genuilly nice as they are. They provide services and assitance, and show interest without sounding fake. They do their job with dignity and respect for the client.
I enjoyed my staying there.

Место было выбрано мной для удобства по расположению к Марритт гостинице, оказался весьма оживленный район и с улицей с многочисленными рынками фруктов, выпечки и продуктовых магазинов

Cons:

Один из персонала все время старался язвить , хотя не было никого повода , остальные ребята помоложе были всегда приветливые и старались отвечать на все вопросы , лифт находится за колонной и не сразу его видно при первом осмотре, берут депозит и блокируют сумму на карте, хотя гостиница совсем дешевая по интерьеру и очень скудный дизайн , а цена комнаты как в хорошей 4 звездочной .

Завтрак не пробовала, расположение места завтрака в подвале , рядом с гостиницей было много бездомных и многие из них кричали на улицах , также не далеко было место, где видимо раздавали беспутную еду бродягам , так как однажды было очередь и бездомных .

Pros:

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Alle Ausflugsziele sind mit der, direkt beim Hotel angebunden M4, schnell zu erreichen. Das Umfeld ist sehr schön: Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, es ist eine fast private Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Leider nur eine Steckdose auf einer Seite des Betts vorhanden.

Nice and quiet hotel

Great stay
Pros:

A really good location in an authentic lest touristy neighbourhood, so real Paris as you walk out the door. Short walk to some popular restaurant and bar areas, and short Uber to a few more. Also a short Uber to Louve and all the things to see around there.
Rooms are clean and tidy and no surprise very compact.
There is a lift which was great for luggage.
Yes would stay again.
