Nice short stay
Pros:

Compact room (as expected for this type of central Paris hotel) but nicely designed and clean, good reception and housekeeping service. Close to 2 Metro stations and location is excellent. Good cafe 2 doors down, good bakery across the road, and many dining options on the street. Enjoyed my 4 night stay, happy to return.

Very friendly service at the desk - thank you Kevin for your quick responds -, rooms are small but clean. Great shower, air conditioning not too loud, quite neigborhood, very easy to find, only 2 mins from M4.

Nice place spoiled by lousy management.
Pros:

We had stayed in this hotel a few years ago and liked it. This time, the tariff was over 100% higher and the service quality was sub-par. The room was comfortable, with a tiny balcony and cross ventilation from there through the bathroom. The pokey wi-fi connection was nearly useless. When I mentioned this to the (balding) principal agent/manager/desk clerk, he suggested it may because too many people were using it. I see: Blame the clients. Over our three-night stay the plastic key card failed to open our room six or seven times. The (balding) principal/agent/manager/desk clerk suggested I had demagnetized with my cell phone or credit cars. Blame the client. The room was equipped with two Nespresso-type coffee pods: one regular/one decaffeinated. We asked for two caffeinated pods and were allowed to exchange the decaf pod. The exchange came with the reproof: only two per room. For nearly 900 US dollars for three nights, one would figure the hotel would be delighted to shower us with coffee pods. There are other hotels in the neighborhood with better service. Next time we will stay there. We stayed in five hotels during this vacation. This was the only one among them that I would avoid.

Das Übliche: Hotel toll, aber die Nachbarn kann man sich leider nicht aussuchen. 3x gegen 4 Uhr mit Mords-Tamtam heimgekehrt, die Damen.

특히 파리여행이 처음이 아니여서 파리지앵들의 삶과 조금 가깝게 지내고싶다는 분들한테는 왕추천이요~
주요 관광지랑은 조금 떨어져있어서 음식들두 맛잇구요~ 조용하고 아늑해요~

Cons:

호텔애 비취되어있는 수건들이 다 살짝 오래된것이라 지워지지않은 흔적들도 보여서, 저희는 저희가 갖고간 수건들을 사용했어요~
냉장고의 냉장기능이 조금 약해요~

Location is grand, but rude staff and if you have a problem you’re on your own.
Cons:

Person on the front desk was rude, also our toilet broke. When we asked about it at the front desk nothing was done so we had a toilet that wasn’t working for our stay. Really poor form
