Good hotel for access to Truist Park
Pros:

My daughter and I stayed here for the Noah Kahan concert at Truist Park and it was close enough we could walk and avoid the headache of parking at the concert and the even worse headache of then getting the car back out, plus that added cost. The room was clean, quiet and sufficient for our needs and parking was easy. There are ice and water bottle filling stations available.

Good value for money
Pros:

I was happy with the size of the bed. However, the mattress was not as comfortable I as I would have loved, so that dropped some points on the comfort level.

Cons:

No complimentary water. At least the first bottle of water in the room could have been complimentary.

My stay was comfortable
Pros:

My stay was very comfortable. The staff was phenomenal.

Cons:

Check is at 3pm I arrived at 3:15pm and my room was “not ready yet”. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes and my room would be available. Meanwhile, at 4:30pm, an hour and a half after check in time, our room was finally ready. I can understand maybe 30 minutes delay but an hour and a half is unacceptable.
