Pros:

This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed at room clean and smelled fresh I stayed 4 nights with my husband and son the check in people was friendly breakfast was awesome ill definitely stay again and tell my family great location

Cons:

Only one small problem and its really nothing to complain about if we had our own microwave in our room illnever leave i could stay a whole month the only small issue no microwave in room

breakfast is a hot commodity , you may need to wait a bit to find a seat . If you go earlier you should be fine

Clean but…….
Pros:

Room was clean, breakfast was good, internet streaming to TV was constantly buffering. Bathroom was ridiculously small meaning to close the door you literally had to stand over the toilet bowl after entering. Also don’t plan on drinks at the bar sat down two separate times for 15 min no one asked what we would like to drink finally left walked to Carrabas nearby for drinks and appetizers. Also the AC was less than acceptable. Wouldn’t kick on until the thermostat read 73 then would run for a few minutes then shut off til it hit 73 again. Not what I expected out of Hyatt having stayed at their properties many times in the past this stay was the only time I’d ever left wishing I’d stayed elsewhere.

Excellent hotel with quick 15 minute walk to see the Braves!
Pros:

The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. Hotel staff was nice and morning breakfast was very good. It was a quick 15 minute walk to Truist Park which was exactly what we wanted!

Cons:

Property was great, only negative I could say was bathroom was cramped. But rather that than the room.

There was no shampoo or cream rinse in the containers. Bed spread looked very used had little picks all over it.

Very Good Stay
Pros:

Great stay, great staff, and great hotel. It is walking distance from Braves' Stadium with an awesome entertainment distance. Cumberland mall is 5 minutes away.
