Good breakfast, comphy bed, quiet
Everything you'd expect from Hampton Inn. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great selection at breakfast.
One thing that could be a concern if you have small children- the window in my room on the 4th floor was able to be unlocked and opened, no screen.
The pool did have a lot of chlorine and did bleach our swim attire a bit.

I just want to take time out to give a shout out to one of the Stella Stars that you have at this property her name is Vanessa didn't get the chance to meet her I was supposed to come today and couldn't walk and had reservations Miss Vanessa went far and beyond to help me out with my family thank you so much for going the extra mile with the smile in your voice
The location
The hotel doesn't have a lobby; they just have an area with tables and chairs where you have breakfast, but if you just want to sit and read a book there is no place for it.

Nice location off the main strip but close to everything we needed.
Bed and pillows were comfortable
The room smelled musty, carpet was damp.
Other guests had unruly children. Knocking on people's doors and running away, repeatedly. They had no respect to the anyone else in the pool area, even with their adult watching them. Horse plying and running. Even running around the parking lot in the pouring rain during a flash flood warning .
We were there to get some rest and relax between a long travel. And relieved non of that.
Location,staff,pool, walking path by the water and the breakfast. Comfortable beds. A/c worked well. Exercise rooms were a plus.
Shower curtain smelled mildew, bathroom floor had hair and dirt by toilet and base by tub . Bathroom door was off track. No freezer compartment in the fridge.
Breakfast was good. The room was quiet, comfortable bed, and pillows, plenty of hot water. Enes at front desk at check in was awesome. And check out Marisol was very nice.
Toilet had small leak inside toilet tank. I believe the room across from me someone was smoking, and i heard them say throw it out the window. Orange Juice seemed to be watered down.

I always stay here when visiting the Rochester area. Great pool, great staff, clean and comfortable.
Pillows were pretty flat. Our room had a non-working refrigerator so they moved us to another room after we had already unpacked most of our things, a bit inconvenient but not the worst.
I didn’t get to stay at the Hampton this trip because no one responded to my messages or my phone calls as I was arriving after midnight and needed answers to questions for early checkin. They responded the next day with a sarcastic reply thanking me for canceling my reservation rather than an apology for not responding to my messages or call.
They’re not responsive to their patrons, from the last time I visited the carpets in the room need cleaning, otherwise, it was quiet and cozy.
