Won't stay there again!
Pros:

The room itself was nice as was the continental breakfast.
Cost was fair.

Cons:

Very loud argument outside our room several times during the night...after 1am...
When I asked the desk staff during check out she denied knowing anything about it or it even occurring...when I called her on it she then said 'oh yes I did hear something about some noise' like it was nothing...or perhaps just another day at this hotel...I asked why the overnight desk person did nothing she just shrugged like it was nothing...I won't ever stay at this hotel again...

Pros:

Nice property, friendly staff, neat & nice rooms. Very good breakfast options.

Cons:

Parking behind the property needs better lighting. We came very late at night and it was difficult to find our way to the entrance.

Not worth the price!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It may have changed hands because it has gone downhill. I travel there for work and this time the price was very high, so I chose to stay at the Residence Inn close by, but my stay needed to be extended by one night and they couldn’t accommodate me, as they were sold out so I moved over to the Hampton, which was almost empty.
My room was outdated, not particularly clean and some of the staff was quite off-putting. I traveled with my 2 service dogs and the still tried to charge me, even though their website says service dogs stay for free. When checkout time came, I was completely loaded up and only checking to make sure I hadn’t left anything in the room. It was 11:01 when a knock came at the door. It was housekeeping asking when I was leaving.
This type of thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth. As a Hilton Honors Member, I have to say that I will not be staying there again unless it’s a last resort. It’s no wonder the Residence Inn was full and the Hampton had loads of rooms left at 1/3 higher price!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff friendly. Nice view of a pond.

Cons:

We couldn't get the AC off, it was chilly.
We asked for an invoice but was told to get it thru bookings.

Alright
Pros:

It had a pool and the free breakfast was good

Cons:

When we went to use the pool, there were a bunch of teenagers in there horsing around and a group of teenage boys throwing each other in the air. When of them almost hit my 4 year old son. I asked them to do that in the deeper end because there were children in the pool, but they continued doing it. I notified the front desk and nothing was done.

The sofa bed I had was full of animal hair so I wasn’t able to sleep there I tried to use the pill to make up for it and it looked dirty also the elevators was messed up
