Situation géographique parfaite, le marché à 15 mn à pied et 20/25mn à pied du centre ville

Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la Riverwalk.

Cons:

WIFI de très mauvaise qualité . Accueil assez froid tout comme pour le Check out . Salle petit déjeuner trop petite. Pas de service de bagagerie.

Enjoyable stay visiting San Antonio.tel, it was a bit of a walk to see all of the sights
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, it was nice to have some cereal and fruit to start the day. There were also good options of cooked food.
Staff member Pamela, at the front desk, was very helpful, we were disappointed with the size of our room when we arrived - it was very dated!
Pamela was able to sort us out a different room that we were more happy with, she did this with no problem.
Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel.

Cons:

Room we were first allocated was very disappointing- dated and very dark!

Pros:

Staff were great- free shuttle service was fantastic and room was clean and comfortable

Shuttle service to close attractions. Bryon, our driver, was very knowledgeable about the area and pointed out historical areas. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

il parcheggio gratuito, la posizione strategica vicina a tutti i punti di interesse, la palestra moderna, la colazione compresa nel prezzo, la cordialità dello staff e la disponibilità

Cons:

per le nostre abitudini italiane, la pulizia e il riassetto della stanza avviene quotidianamente. Invece un paio di volte l'abbiamo dovuta richiedere esplicitamente perchè non era stata effettuata. Nulla di grave, solo abitudini differenti. Si sono attivati immediatamente ed efficacemente.
