I really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Would recommend!!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pamela and Danielle helped me at the front desk. Jesus drove me to the Riverwalk area. All were very friendly.

Cons:

Gym could use some attention. Towels needed to be washed and available. Bin was full.

Easy access to main points on interest but not clean
Pros:

Hotel at walkable distance from the market square and the River Walk
Plenty of parking space available

Cons:

Our room was not clean (especially the bath and the carpet).
The room felt very old and could use a freshen-up.
Very bad coffee at breakfast

It was decent overall and enjoyed the trip and sites. Go Spurs Go!
Pros:

The location was good, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. It really was a plus to have transportation to the major tourist attractions the drivers were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. When we arrived at the hotel it was about 5am and all of the rooms were fully booked the night before but the staff managed to find a room for us so we could rest, this was very appreciated.

Cons:

The cleanliness and attention to the rooms could have been better and the washer and dryers were not cleaned regularly. I realize that getting staff to do these jobs is hard but attention to these details could put your facility at a higher level in the ratings.

Pros:

Alles bestens. Lage zum Erkunden von San Antonio ideal. Wer gern zu Fuß geht, kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Es stehen auch Hotelshuttles zur Verfügung. Die Anfrage ist jederzeit ganz unkompliziert für ein Shuttle möglich. Das Frühstück ist typisch für amerikanische Hotels. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.

The whole staff were very friendly and attentive.

It was close to downtown.

Cons:

There was no outdoor sitting area for guests. There was no indoor sitting area with comfortable furniture for guest. The only area to sit and relax was at the dining room tables.
