Reliable Shuttle
Pros:

The shuttle was reliable...back and forth to the airport,the Riverwalk,the market square...there was no need for a Lyft/Uber unless your going out of the way

Cons:

I wish I could've stayed longer in San Antonio Texas...I will return in the future to do some sightseeing next time...

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and the person setting up the food was excellent.

Cons:

They ran out of ice - both machines were broken. This was not good since it was pretty hot in San Antonio at that time.

Bed. Room was great

Cons:

No biscuits and gravy this morning. There was a hot pan of crap iv never seen at breakfast. I figured it was Mexican. Just not for me.

Not happy at all with the stay here in Fairfield by Marriot.
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

We stayed on the 4th floor. No air con, ice machines were broken, toilet was clogged. Had to walk across to get ice. Very inconvenient for us. Also wall paper was falling off the walls. Over paid for what we got. Won’t be staying here again.

Birthday trip
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the lady very nice she had a warm smile. Everything was clean and organized! House keeping was great they took care of us.. and the ladies in the front desk! Always had cold water and cookies!

Cons:

The pool we had to go too a sister hotel and they were rude! Shuttle worked the first trip then it was hard for him to come get us it was a different man then before. I couldn't enjoy the pool it became a hassle more then fun..

Wonderful in all ways and will stay again
Pros:

Great location , good free parking and breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the free shuttle to the river walk/Alamo and the market square. Liked the mini fridge, hairdryer and coffee pot, and good tv in room. Only issue is the first floor was a little bright with sheer curtains. A large hair clip could clip them closed I think.

Pros:

The check in was easy. Nice to use shuttle service. Free breakfast was good.

Cons:

Pool is a bit of a walk. The front of the hotel has nice new tile, but where the rooms are, the hall carpet needs to be replaced.

Location. Convenient parking. Good complimentary breakfast. Courteous front desk staffing. Rooms had a stale musty odor. Day of checkup alarms sounded with orders to evacuate. Fire department was dispatched to property. Water leak was discovered above ceiling tiles adjacent to first floor entrance.

Disappointing
Pros:

Close to city center

The carpet smells ugly, i the night we had to go outside because of the fire alarm but no one tell us what happend! When you have 2 small children is not quite nice
