Nice hotel, service and quality needs improving to make it a great one. It really would not take much
Pros:

Location was great, staff friendly

Cons:

Despite requesting an early check-in and arriving early the room was not ready, which is fair enough. However on arriving back at check in time the room wasn’t ready until after 3pm and even then when entering the room the cleaner was still in there!

For an executive room, the double bed is made of two singles pushed together which is easy to fall between in the night

The bar staff, although friendly, not busy and polite struggled to serve a simple whiskey without keeping me waiting 15 minutes

A lovely experience in a very comfy and beautiful designed room.
Pros:

We received an upgrade and the signature room was fantastic and comfortable. The amenities were great and was a lovely place to stay caged a long day of tourism. The location was excellent and was within walking distance to main London destinations.

Cons:

The pull out bed for our child was very uncomfortable and the mattress was really hard and you four feel all the bumps and springs. Luckily the main bed was so large there was room for all three of us. In addition, there wasn’t really any gluten free options so couldn’t cater to my partners dietary requirements.
