Excelente hotel!!!
Pros:

Adoramos a recepção da funcionária que fez o nosso Checkin na segunda-feira, dia 25. Infelizmente não me recordo o nome dela, mas excelente atendimento e profissionalismo, nosso quarto era o 305, com tamanho muito bom, banheiro ótimo também. Localização excelente e instalações do hotel excelentes, incluindo um Lindo bar. Limpeza do quarto sempre muito bem feita.

We would stay here again, for the location and exceptional staff.
Pros:

The staff go above and beyond at this hotel. The location is fabulous, easy walk to Covent Gardens, West End. Lot's of great pubs and cafes near by.

Cons:

Our first room had a street view; in fact the front office staff upgraded us. Unfortunately, you could hear the restaurant music from 7am to midnight. We told the staff and they moved us to a room at the rear of the hotel, no view but very quiet.

Safe, relaxing, fun
Pros:

Staff was super nice and would agree to bring me cookies when I asked at 1am!!!! Also - I stayed there one week, and the following week I stayed in an Airbnb nearby. One day I was shopping in Covent Garden and a man began following me around and harassing me. I went to the hotel lobby and the staff standing by the entrance approached me asking if I needed help (I was probably visibly distressed). He was incredibly helpful, and assisted me, together with another staff at the reception, being on alert, offering me to go into the staff room, bringing me water and letting me sit in the lobby while I was figuring out what to do (and they didn't know that I had stayed at the hotel the previous week). Thankfully I managed to make that man lose my tracks before I got to the hotel. So thank you so much for your humanity both when I was staying there and also after my stay.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, Zimmer groß genug für London, sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend. Zu Fuß konnten wir viele Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants sowie Musicals (Hercules) erreichen. U-Bahn Station sowie Bussstation waren in fußläufiger Nähe.

Cons:

Die Aussicht auf die Klimaanlage im Innenhof hat schon gestört. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, aber das moderne modernen Lichtkonzept hat die Dunkelheit ausgeglichen. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, ein Grund, weshalb ich das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen würde.

A wonderful hotel with exceptional service, great breakfast and the perfect London location.
Pros:

The welcome was excellent from the moment I arrived, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout my stay. The breakfast was wonderful, and the location is absolutely perfect. I have stayed in many hotels in London, but I feel I have finally found the hotel I will always return to.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing I did not like. Everything about the stay felt easy, comfortable and well taken care of.
