A comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. It’s an easy walk to so many attractions. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת במלון. הצוות היה שירותי, אדיב וחייכן לאורך כל השהות, ותמיד היה מוכן לעזור בכל דבר עם יחס נעים ומקצועי. המלון עצמו יפה מאוד, נקי ומטופח, והחדר נוקה מדי יום כולל החלפת מגבות.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת, מגוונת וטעימה, וגם צוות חדר האוכל היה מקסים, אדיב ומסביר פנים.

במהלך השהות הייתה לנו בעיה עם הטלוויזיה בחדר, וללא שביקשנו הוצע לנו לעבור לחדר אחר כדי להבטיח את הנוחות שלנו. מאוד הערכנו את תשומת הלב והדאגה לרווחת האורחים.

Pros:

Дуже вдале розташування в центрі міста, поруч зупинки автобусів та станція метро. Чисто та зручно. Сподобався ввічливий персонал оселю, окрема подяка Роману з інформаційної стійкі за влучні поради для перебування в Лондоні. Смачний сніданок, але хотілось би бачити більше овочів на буфетному столі.

Glad I found this gem of a hotel
Pros:

Beautifully presented hotel in central location. Spacious room with lots of ‘extras..’ Quality bathroom products, minibar with free water & a couple of soft drinks. Staff were all friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely venue and location, but cramped rooms, overpriced for what it is, and questionable staff service.
Pros:

The hotel lobby, including its mezzanine floor, and the adjacent restaurant and bar are all wonderful.

Cons:

We were offered a bundled and discounted breakfast price for all mornings of our stay upon arrival, which sounded good value at first, but was actually a huge rip-off once we’d seen the menu. Thankfully, we declined the bundle offer! But it felt scammy behaviour. The cleaners also lost/moved/misplaced/stole my partner’s prescription medicine while we were out one day; the staff investigated this when I report it, but didn’t resolve the issue.
