Immer wieder gern...bin nicht zum ersten mal in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Das Zimmer lag ruhig nach hinten, hervorragendes Bett, geräumiges Bad und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Super Lage neben Metro Alonso Martinez, dadurch leichte Erreichbarkeit zu den Bahnhöfen Atocha und Chamartin. Zu Fuß nicht weit nach Chueca.

Cons:

Manchmal sind Gruppen gleichzeitig im Frühstücksraum, dann kann es schon mal länger dauern, bis nach gelegt wird...war aber kein Problem, da ich Zeit hatte.

Location was good, we were able to walk everywhere, plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity
Room was very clean & serviced daily Large bathroom with good shower

Cons:

Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in room
Didn't use restaurant so cannot comment

Enjoyed our trip to Madrid. Hotel was lovely
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable and clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Location was ideal. We walked into city centre some days. Otherwise we used the Metro. Great system - just two stops to Gran Via
