Pros:

Clean and what you need for your stay in Madrid. Very centric. Beds are comfortable and the staff is remarkable specially Alvaro. We had some issues with our travel arrangements and we were delayed. Called the hotel and he understood our situation and extended our check in time and our reservation was not canceled. Alvaro is 5 ⭐️’s. Definitely will stay there again in the future

Pros:

Cet hôtel est très bien placé pour découvrir Madrid et les environs. Métros et bus sont à côté. Cet hotel est très propre, la literie est super. Tout le personnel est au top. Le pt déjeuner buffet est varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Il y a même des fruits frais. Cet hôtel ne fait pas restaurant. À pied, il ya de quoi faire pas de problème. C'est hôtel est une valeur sûre. Florence

Lo mejor del hotel, sin dudas, es la ubicación. Está muy bien ubicado y eso fue el punto más positivo de la estadía.

Cons:

El hotel no cumple con el estándar de un 4 estrellas. La habitación tenía vista a un patio interno con aires acondicionados. Además, habíamos solicitado una cuna con semanas de anticipación y tardaron casi un día en entregárnosla. También nos llamó la atención que no contaran con algunos elementos básicos o extras esenciales que uno puede necesitar durante la estadía.
