Location, walk to everything. Big comfy room. Like an apartment.
The pool, very cloudy. The roof top terrace has breakfast only.. would have loved to sit up there and have a beer.
We stayed at a family room, which was more like an apartment than a hotel room. It comes with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette. Very spacious and comfortable. The roof top terrace and swimming pool are very nice. Good breakfast and great location.
Breakfast was served on the hotel's beautiful terrace, offering a view of the city center and the mountains surrounding the city. The breakfast included in the room rate was simple, but sufficient and varied. Mari, the cook, was very kind and efficient. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a large family. Despite being located just one block from the main square, right in the heart of the bustling commercial district, it was always quiet, and we were never disturbed by noise.
We liked everything.
The location was ideal to access food and shopping, the staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Adriana who arranged transport for us several times, delicious breakfast was included and we felt safe. When we asked to change out the pillows they were accommodating. The price was fair for what we got with the rooms.
The layout of the suite wasn’t ideal in that you had to walk through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. Neither bedroom had any natural light which would have been preferable.
Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good cooked to order.
Beds had plastic lining that made it hot at night.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of great options. The rooftop pool area was my favorite part of the hotel, offering beautiful views. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

It was at the center of the city and all sites were easy access.
No elevator; swimming pool lacked about 1 foot of water; pressure in the shower was very low; no windows
DO NOT STAY!! The bathroom of the room we stayed in smelled strongly of sewage. The whole room would stink if the bathroom door was left open. The reception staff were notified and were helpful. On the second day, we notified the staff again and were moved to another room. That night whilst on the bed, I noticed bed bugs, droppings and dead bed bugs on all 3 beds in the room. In the morning I notified the staff of this and changed hotels. Since leaving, they are refusing to take accountability for their infestation and state the whole hotel has been inspected within 2 hours of us leaving (not enough time) and have not sent me the report. They state we brought the bed bugs, this is a lie as the whole room was infested with evidence of bugs being there for a while!!! We have not been issued a refund or any compensation.

El servicio y actitud del personal fue extraordinaria. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. La suite contaba con dos habitaciones que nos dieron privacidad a los miembros de mi familia y el roof ofrecía un espacio muy agradable donde podíamos meternos a la alberca por la noche.
La suite solo contaba con un baño.
Parfaitement situé à 2 pas du zocalo, nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille (3 générations); La vue du rooftop est fantastique et les petits déjeuners qui y sont servis sont absolument délicieux, merci Marilu! Les enfants ont profité de la piscine en fin de journée après les excursions, les musées, le shopping...L'appartement (très propre!) avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, était parfait pour notre famille. Les jeunes ont pu sortir le soir et profiter de l'ambiance festive...Un merveilleux séjour immersif dans la culture si riche et colorée de Oaxaca.
Tres bien situé pour visiter la ville a pieds. Chambre familiale confortable. Bon petit dejeuner sur la terrasse. Piscine rafraichissante sur la terrasse avec tres belle vue.
Super céntrico (al lado del mercado del 20 de Noviembre). Personal muy atento. La azotea con piscina muy agradable. Ideal para grupos/familias.
Muy linda propiedad. Algo confuso porque de afuera no parece hotel está arriba de unas tiendas. Pero por dentro está muy bonito.
La terraza es muy acogedora
Staff were awesome. Very attentive and helpful. Breakfasts were nice (wished for more vegetarian/vegan options). Suites were spacious, and appreciated water bottles replenished daily.
The beds were so uncomfortable (too hard). Really the only downside of the property but unfortunately bad enough that I couldn’t stay again.
Las habitaciones con dos cuartos están genial para 4 personas, el personal es encantador y siempre pendiente y disponible para cualquier problema. También nos organizaron las excursiones. La terraza para desayunar es muy agradable. Nos permitieron ampliar el check out para poder ducharnos después de la piscina, muy muy amables.
La ubicación es muy buena pero no es pleno pleno centro. Y el agua de la ducha no salía con fuerza, pero todo lo demás muy bien.
