El personal es fantástico, en especial Andrea nos ayudó muchísimo con todo , tuvimos algunos pequeños problemas ajenos al hotel que nos solucionó, las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, la piscina, los cuartos, limpieza, a/c ,gran variedad en el desayuno
No hubo nada que no me gustata
La posizione è centrale anche se non é nella parte più affascinante del centro. La colazione buona. Il personale molto gentile ha sempre aiutato, anche con i bagagli.
Le stanze praticamente non hanno finestre, in quanto quelle presenti sono bloccate. La piscina sopra è molto piccola. La vista sul terrazzo sembra molto bella ma in realtà vi è una lamiera che rovina tutto. Le stanze non sono ben insonorizzate e noi siamo stati svegliati da schiamazzi mattutini di bambini in piscina nonostante fossimo due piani più giù. L'arredamento delle stanze é molto basico.
The staff were incredibly kind and gracious, and I want to acknowledge how helpful they were when we explained that we would not be staying. Unfortunately, the property itself was very different from what we expected based on the listing.
The location is on an extremely busy and noisy street. The entrance is difficult to find, tucked between two loud retail stores playing music, with no signage indicating that it is a hotel. We had to ring a bell to be let in. Once inside, there isn't really a lobby, just a small desk and chair, and this is the only entrance and exit. It did not feel like a traditional hotel experience.
Our room was large, with a sitting area and two separate sleeping areas, but it had no exterior window and essentially no natural light at all. The bathroom was very hot and humid and had a strong sewage smell.
The rooftop pool was also disappointing. It is surrounded by chain-link fencing, and the street noise was incredibly loud even from the roof. It was not the relaxing environment we had expected from the photos and description.
Ultimately, we decided immediately that we couldn't stay and booked another hotel, despite having already paid for this one. Again, the staff could not have been nicer or more professional about our decision, but the property and overall experience were simply not what we were expecting.

El alojamiento está en muy buena ubicación y era muy grande.
Está mal insonorizado y escuchas todo lo del el resto de las personas alojadas.
L'accueil vraiment au top , le personnel souriant et très réactif vraiment un 10/10.
La chambre suite très spacieuse ( un mini appartement) , le petit déjeuner très bon et copieux.
Je recommande sans problème cet hôte.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal à 2 minutes du zócalo et du marché 20 de Noviembre. De nombreux commerces à proximité et pas de bruit bien que le centre ville soit très animé. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses idéales pour un voyage en famille.
Peu de tables pour le petit déjeuner, les personnes voyageant à Oaxaca ont en général un programme similaire ce qui occasionne une heure de forte affluence au petit déjeuner avant de partir en excursion, dynamique à revoir donc.
Autre point: il n’y a aucun bar ou service dans l’après midi, ce qui est dommage lorsque l’on profite de la piscine et des transats sur le roof top.

Emplacement central et personnel del accueil très gentil.Rooftop agréable ayant vu sur la ville. Petit dejeuner sommaire mais bon.
Chambres sans charme et sans fenêtre disposées en enfilade : Très oppressant tout comme la salle de bain. Douche avec un filet d eau soit très chaud soit froid. Draps sûrement lavés mais encore tâchés ( voir photo)

The pool, very cloudy. The roof top terrace has breakfast only.. would have loved to sit up there and have a beer.
We stayed at a family room, which was more like an apartment than a hotel room. It comes with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette. Very spacious and comfortable. The roof top terrace and swimming pool are very nice. Good breakfast and great location.
Breakfast was served on the hotel's beautiful terrace, offering a view of the city center and the mountains surrounding the city. The breakfast included in the room rate was simple, but sufficient and varied. Mari, the cook, was very kind and efficient. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a large family. Despite being located just one block from the main square, right in the heart of the bustling commercial district, it was always quiet, and we were never disturbed by noise.

Beds had plastic lining that made it hot at night.
The location was ideal to access food and shopping, the staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Adriana who arranged transport for us several times, delicious breakfast was included and we felt safe. When we asked to change out the pillows they were accommodating. The price was fair for what we got with the rooms.
The layout of the suite wasn’t ideal in that you had to walk through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. Neither bedroom had any natural light which would have been preferable.
