Pros:

The customer service was great, breakfast was great too as there were many options to choose from. The rooms were good too.

Cons:

The AC was not on when we came into the room so it was smelly at the beginning. The hallway was smelly too, they should use plug in room fresheners for bad odors.

Will be looking for an alternate hotel in the future if need one in that area.
Pros:

Location to the airport., Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Room was available prior to 3pm check in, but, was charged a surcharge of $15...unreasonable! Parking lot was a mess....not maintained. The one comfortable chair in the room was highly stained and dirty....afraid to use it! When calling the front desk, neither an alternate room nor replacement immediately not offered! Insufficient outlets near the desk to plug in, had to physically move the bed away from the wall to plug in a power strip! In order to use the refrigerator in the room, had to unplug the microwave and coffeemaker as again, insufficient outlet plugs available to use 2 or 3 of the appliances at the same time! Conditioner in the shower was not filled. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am, only coffee/juice/muffins available...none of the hot dishes were ready to serve!
