Good value for money; predictable and consistent experience. Conveniently located near I-495.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent, with some fresh fruit and yogurt. There could have been more variety (there was no plain yogurt) and quality of some items was poor (the “scrambled eggs” were powdered eggs that tasted like sawdust and were basically inedible. The hot oatmeal was good.

The staff are generally friendly and room cleaning is done well. Overall, while spartan, the property conveys a clean and friendly ambience.

Cons:

See above re breakfast. Most staff other than the front desk barely speak English, making communication difficult. Staff training and development in this regard would be helpful. The bathrooms could benefit from some upgrading (hand-held wands in the showers, larger sink surface area for toiletries, etc., but for the price it is serviceable.

A comfortable location. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Pros:

Great breakfast and 24 hour coffee service.

Cons:

It was difficult to find initially. On one day the housekeeper came before I was leaving, then did not return for changing out linens. I don’t think they cleaned the surfaces or BR everyday.

Cons:

The toilet in the room was too low. I have been in other Holiday Inn Express and this was not the case. Difficult for those with arthritis, joint issues .

I love the bed and the pillows and above all the stuff

They didn’t have a microwave in the rooms.my key was not opening my room for two times even though my time was not up to leave the place.

Ended up being much more pleasant than original check-in, but would definitely 1: consider booking thru hotel and not Bo
Pros:

2nd room put into was beautiful, spacious and had the king bed and chair/sofa bed that we booked/paid for. Manager was helpful and was able to put us in a better room than what the first staff member did.

Cons:

First! There is NO PROPER SIGNAGE to find the hotel tucked in behind a coffee shop. Second-the staff member checking us in needs more training. I specifically asked that our room was a king room. He said “yes.” We went upstairs and it was a queen room without a chair or sofa bed which I need to be able to move to during the night with back issues. Manager explained this was a Booking.com issue as the rooms portrayed on the site are not always the rooms that are available.
