It was “ok” but if I had to do over, I’d pay more to stay somewhere else.
Pros:

Easy to get to and park.

Cons:

This property is connected with the City of Albuquerque to house homeless and people recovering. People at the pool were openly smoking marijuana while drinking. The place reeked of pot. We found this out through one of the city’s websites. We didn’t run into any issues but it made us feel uncomfortable staying there and traveling with two kids.

Pros:

Lisa at the front desk was so awesome she helped me out by placing my grandchildren and myself in a room right away before check in due to the bad experience I had at the pervious hotel right next door. The service was amazing. I will be staying again. Thank you Lisa

Overall the place was fine but my fiancée and I have experienced better.
Pros:

The front desk staff when we arrived was very helpful and clarified any questions we had.

Cons:

The tub in the restroom looked really worn. Also booking says it has a free breakfast and when I looked online it said “eggs, sausage, waffles” but it turned out to be only waffles and bagels/toast. Also the phone installed in the room couldn’t dial correctly. You heard the dial tone but if you pressed buttons there was no sound and no call made.
