Unangenehmer Geruch im ganzen Hotel. Ein Hotel wie in Horror-Film
Sehr runtergekommen und schmutzig.
Nachdem ich das wiederliche Bad gesehen habe wollte ich keine Minute dort verbringen. Personal zeigte sich einsichtig und bestätigte mir die Stornierung und Vergütung des Betrages.bzw keine Zahlung Meine Kreditkarte wurde trotzdem 2 Tage später belastet.

Not having to pick the floor of our rooms..we had knee issues and had to walk up to the 3rd floor
Handicap access is terrible, elevator is located at the opposite end of the building from where the check in desk is. Other guests were outside their rooms smoking marijuana as if it was like an outdoor concert. Lots of kids running around, the pool area resembled a community center. The complimentary breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen, with little to no options what so ever.

Just off of the interstate l, but very quiet. Coffee in the room was better than what was offered at breakfast.
Bathrooms are always just meh. Seems like they are just above safe. Blow dryer cord was about 6 inches long, so difficult to use. I was flying out with carry on luggage so didn't tote mine.

Old, beds worn out, bathroom not super clean. Had to ask to have bedding changed after seeing weird stains on comforter. Elevator broke and we were assigned rooms on the 3rd floor with my 85 year old mother. People sitting in parking lot drinking until after midnight and very loud. Told front desk about both concerns and nothing was done about it.
Pretty much everything but the staff was decent.
Bed was good. Refrigerator and tv worked.
Access to the room was difficult for a 85 year old person. Room needs serious updating, especially the bathroom. Access to the front desk was only by walking outside the whole length of the building. There was no juice available at breakfast. Elevator access was outside and only one luggage cart available for the whole building.
