Pros:

The check in clerk was nice upon check in.

Cons:

Roaches crawling on the door. No bath towels, no lampshade on floor lamp. Couple live roaches as soon as we turned on the lights. Clerk tried to give us the room next to that room, I said no way. Aj she went about 4 rooms down from that room and I said no, I want a refund. We did not stay there but for some reason I'm getting messages that I am still staying there. Probably getting charged also. I sent this text to the Days Inn on Tamiami have not heard anything asking for a refund

Pros:

The check in process was easy.staff polite.

Cons:

Night clerk couldn't give us 2 towels we asked for. The bathroom was dirty.
