Last Minute Cancelation, No Hot Water
Pros:

The staff person who called the morning of my arrival to tell me the hotel had no hot water, and to offer a cancelation, was very helpful and empathetic. I appreciated her customer service in a frustrating situation.

Cons:

I was called on the morning of my arrival and told that the hotel had no hot water. I was given the option to have a no charge last minute cancelation. So I took it. It was difficult to find a decent last minute replacement in the area for close to the same cost.

Consistent value and highly recommended
Pros:

After staying there often over twenty years ago, I found the same comfort, cleanliness, courtesy, and hospitality now. Hampton Inn is my go-to for business travel and this particular one is exceptional.

Great stay, great location near to DC .
Pros:

Good and friendly staff, decent breakfast options where I went down everyday for my stay. Like the coffee and hot water station is available 24 hrs.

Cons:

Smell of cleaning chemicals at first when entering the lobby for first day. Also sink spout was very short and a bit of inconvenience but nothing that made the stay unreasonable.

Love staying
Pros:

My niece lives nearby there. I love staying at this hotel wherever I visit her. Once, the toilet was leaking. Maintenance fixed it super quick! The breakfast is delicious. The nightly cookies are a plus. The staff is very nice.
