The bed was comfy we slept well and it was close to our family.
We didn’t like that there was no tea and coffee station in our room we had to go to the garage next to hotel and the machine downstairs didn’t seem to be working properly.

Shower is tired and mouldy
Booked a room for my dad for a night before a next day flight. Room was clean and comfortable. He had no complaints, affordable stay and worth the money.
There was no breakfast included, but the hotel is surrounded by markets, restaurants, and fast food restaurants. And all within walking distance. Also, the hotel is just a 10-min walk to the Elizabeth Line which was very convenient.
It would have been nice to have had somebody empty my trash daily. The trash baskets in the room were so tiny and filled up fast.
The bathroom door was not locking up properly and there was no kettle in the room.
The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located . The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was slightly noisy at times but otherwise everything was good.

There isn’t a lift so the property might not be a good option for pregnant and elderly frail people.
Property is on main road so there be some traffic noise pollution. I stayed in an air conditioner room with windows closed so didn’t feel much.
Rooms and corridors need little upgrades here and there.

2. Room has cheap plastic cups rather than proper cups
3. Property is very close to busy road and hard to sleep
