Super pratique pour une nuit
Pros:

Hôtel confortable pour un très court séjour, personnel accueillant en majorité, bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Le niveau de propreté n’est pas optimal, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas malgré l’intervention du réceptionniste, nuisance sonore.

El recepcionista muy agradable, el entorno muy agradable, la comida buena .

Nos tocaron dos habitaciones muy pequeñas, con unos armarios irrisibles y sin aire acondicionado en caluroso días de calor de agosto, con unos ventiladores de plástico pequeños que poca cosa hacían. Realmente no parecía un ibis.

Personnel was incredibly nice, walking distance from the hospital if you need to visit there and also clean as one might expect from a big hotel chain. Wifi is good. Generally quiet at night. And close to the metro-train

Cons:

The main issue is that rooms lack air conditioner so it can be a bit uncomfortable in summer days, also the rooms and beds are quite small and lack basic amenities (small fridge, coffee machine...). The breakfast buffet is ok but very basic, take that into account when planning.
Besides walking to the hospital and convenience store take into account this neighborhood of Brussels is very unsafe, but because the train is next to the door of the hotel you would have no issue getting there.

Cons:

Shrink clogged, couldn't wash hands! I Raised the problem to the receptionist, maybe the message was passed to the maintenance but was not fixed. Hence, not sure about the value for the money, although very humble affordable stay.

The location is great, just next to the metro and hospital. The bed is cozy. The terrace is great and the coffee also.

Cons:

There isn't an a/c unit and in my room there was an irritating mosquito two nights in a row 😂
