Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Für unseren Aufenthalt in Memphis hatten wir vorab extra ein Hotel mit Pool gesucht und gebucht. Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. Eine vorherige Information der Gäste fand nicht statt. Von daher haben wir bei der Bewertung Punkte abgezogen. Schade.

Pros:

The staff was amazing from the front desk to the staff passing in the halls. Zee did amazing on breakfast! The food tasted good and was hot and her hospitality was golden!

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant, Zee, was very helpful and really zeroed in on making sure everyone was satisfied with their meal. I would stay here again.
