If your looking for spotless and new this isn't it. If your looking for nice clean comfortable recently redone this is you walkable things to do polite staff comfortable beds and blankets (new from what I can tell). If your a smoker plenty of exits that don't take you past the front desk in your pj's. I did not like the outlets in my room specifically. My mates room was ok.

The pool was out of order for maintenance and all vending machines were out of order but no big deal.

The pool wasnt open and the entrance doors to come in didnt work with the cards people would put rocks in the door to keep them open

It was horrible

I did not stay more than 10 minutes. There was highly toxic chemicals used to clean the room I was given. Upon entering within a few minutes my neck started swelling and I had difficulty in my throat to breathe. The lady was very kind at the front desk. She said they had to use a lot on this room she gave me a different room but the smell has already cause a very bad reaction. I left the property I must not have chosen a very safe part of town as outside there was two sheriff and another officer trying to handle a situation. It was really a terrible experience but the front desk lady was kind

Laundry takes only quarters but no change machine on site and front desk does not make change

Our first room had a flooded bathroom, the head boards were falling apart the room was very dirty, the fridge didn't work, the walls were filthy, there was trash on the floor. There was less than zero okay with our first room which we were able to change to the ONLY other room left. The second room was a little better but had a hole in the wall by the shower and the floor has probably not been swept or mopped in a month or more. I would never stay here again.

Wasn’t very clean smelled like cigarettes

The room was not worth the price. Dirty and not at all as nice as the photos when I booked. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana even though there is a sign at check in that stated 100% smoke free hotel, floors were dirty in the room and in the hallways, they must not have a vaccuum. Very loud, bed wasnt very comfortable, I think it was a spring matress, without the box spring under it. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom, my kids slept on the pullout bed which didnt have any pillows or more than a sheet. The kitchenette was very dated and falling apart. The refrigerator handle was broken off the door and there were no modern convenience outlets for a usb anywhere to be seen. Outlets were loose in the wall and some didnt even have covers on them. The tv was fuzzy on every channel so you couldnt even watch it. The bathroom toilet kept running all night long, the ac unit barely would work. Breakfast was very unsanitary, wasn't much of a selection at all, they had a pitcher of waffle batter just sitting out in the open on the counter to pour into the waffle maker and one dry cereal, needless to say we went elsewhere for breakfast. At checkout they wouldnt even print me a receipt stating due to different fees I would have to get a receipt from booking.com even though the receipt from booking.com states it's not a valid invoice for tax purposes. Overall I think we would have been better off to save our money and sleep in our car.

The room was not clean. There was a flying ant in there, feces or blood on the wall by the light switch, used toilet paper on the floor by the bed, and the television screen was blurry from not being cleaned properly.
