Bed was very hard. Woke up in the middle of the night with a sore back both nights. Room felt damp. Floor, bedding, everything felt damp. Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine was broken. Sliced ring bologna was an interesting choice for breakfast meat.

Pros:

It would have been great if the pancake machine had better instructions. When asking the desk clerk how to operate it she said just push the ok button I did and it did nothing. I was surprised she didn't leave the desk to check on it.

Pros:

The location was great at the center of everything. Mall was near by and lots of options.

Cons:

The place was not clean. The team did not clean our rooms even once during our stay. The hallways weren't very clean either.
