Cons:

Had mobility access room, the Bed was not comfortable, layout of door to bathroom. It was difficult to navigate with walker, should open inward.

Pros:

The facility was relatively clean and the breakfast was good. The facility was ok but check-in and check-out drastically affected my rating.

Cons:

The check-in took too long (over 30 min), and they could not find the booking for the two rooms. As it turned out, the second room was under a different name, who was in our party. The biggest problem is that at check-out, I could not get a receipt for both rooms, allegedly because the reservation was handled through Booking.com. I paid for both rooms on my credit card, and I need the receipt to know how much to charge the other people. Booking.com has sent an email to the accommodation but no got response. I will stop payment if I don't get a receipt.

Pros:

Clean, spacious room

Cons:

The artwork ! A series of photographs with 2 people, one of whom was manipulated to look like a zombie in each photo. Quite disconcerting.

Pros:

Super nice hotel! Breakfast was stacked. The place was super clean and modern. Comfortable rooms. Convenient location and parking. Definitely worth the rate.

Pros:

Everything was nice and clean. I also loved the location with restaurants and shopping stores being close by.

Cons:

I didn't like that there were hairs in the bed when first arrived.

Ok nothing outstanding!
Pros:

Bfast selection was okay? Could have been better. Area was NOT well cared for, guests should not need to tell employees that the area needs attention especially when said employee was talking with the person at desk. Neither person was doing their job.

Cons:

Check in was less than smooth. We had a reservation but she couldn’t find it, when she did no room had been reserved. What’s the purpose of a reservation?

Clean, nice safe
Pros:

Location is basically off the main road so there is restaurants and stores within walking distance. Staff super friendly. Able to check in early if a room is ready. Breakfast has variety . This was a return visit

Cons:

Breakfast ran out of things,but just informed staff & it was filled quickly(pancake batter,syrup, sausages,) small pool, lighting in room. Hangers fell off pole
