Horrible experience

Absolutely terrible property. The place looked run-down, filthy, and completely neglected. There were people hanging around all over the building and surrounding areas, and the entire property gave off an unsafe and uncomfortable feeling. Garbage and personal belongings were scattered throughout the yards and parking lots, making the whole place look abandoned and poorly managed.

Stains on carpet. Dirty curtains. Mattresses need to be replaced. Overall the room feeling was sketchy. Maintenance needed

Room was dirty.

Carpet was stained all over the room. The floor was rotting under the carpet, there were soft spots all around the bed that sunk several inches when you stepped on or near it. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. Very few of the plugs could hold a phone charger - they kept falling out.

It’s a disgrace to advertise a place with pool and pics that looks nothing to what they actually offer. The pools is not even open.

The unit was not clean enough

Es la pero experiancia en una estadia que e tenido, muy decepcionada con el lugar demaciado sucio, pedio un lugar de no fumadores y en cuanto abri la puerta apestaba a cigarrro yo via viajaba con niños pequeños el lugar demaciado sucio la ventila del baño amarillas de humo del cigarro el piso y la cocina demaciado sucio en muyyy malas condiciones las habitaciones, al llegar me pidieron un depocito de seguridas de 250 no me lo regresaron no se el porque porque yo les e dejado la habitacion mas limpia de cuando llegue.

Pool was a mess

Old and rundown, not very well maintenance no pool during the summer months bathtub was filthy and backed up with hair and scum. If you try to take a shower, oh and there was no shower curtain originally we had to call to get one the staff and the personnel were pleasant, but I won’t be staying again.

I didn't like that Sonesta stole/threw away my property. I messed up my check out date and the staff from Sonesta packed up my room when I wasnt there and ai am missing a lot of items. Some items that im missing include a scale, 2 sets of mixing bowls, garbage can, my dog's bowls, the charger for my watch, the top half of my child's pajamas, dishes, cups, and a blanket. Besides those items, the staff threw away all food in my room. There was NO reason that they could not put the non-perishable items in with the rest of the items they didnt take!!!! That is hundreds of dollars worth of food and items I am missing from staying at this hotel. I also asked for maintenance to replace the kitchen light bulb multiple times over my 2 month stay and they never came. I asked multiple times for my room to be put on the list of housekeeping and no one ever put my room on the list or came. The room was also dirty when I rented it. There were little spashes all over the bathroom door that looked like blood or mud, it was in the bathroom also and I needed to wipe down the whole room when first moving in. The washers were constantly broken and taking your money, but the money was never refunded and asking the front desk to wash something for you was like you were asking for their first born child!

Pues trate de añadir una noche mas pues mi alojamiento normalmente lo manejo asi con pago diario y el personal de recepcion me lo nego ,solo queria que salieramos a las 11am y volvieramos a las 3@4 pm y diera nuevo deposito sin haber devuelto el primero ,en ves de solo añadir y dejar deposito que ya habiamos pagado , y ese proceso lo encontre un poco absurdo ya que trabajo en hotel y se el procedimiento a seguir en caso de añadir noches ,la persona no fue nada amable y es una pena que un hotel tan comodo y el area tambien no tenga empatia, en mi trabajo el guest siempre gana y pues solo queria estar estancia prolongada como acostumbro a hospedarme y pagar diario no debe ser un problema despues que se pague , tengan en cuenta que ahi quienes trabajamos y cobramos diario ,por lo demas todo muy bien 💜
