I was waiting for a simple check in for between 5-10 minutes when I arrived. Cats were backed up, waiting to unload.
The air conditioner in the room was either malfunctioning or just a poor design. When the fan is set to “high”, I barely felt moving air standing directly in front of it. If I set it to “cool”, it would shut off while the room was still over 5°Fahrenheit above what I set it to.
Lastly, the wifi was HORRIBLE. It was crawling, no matter which of my devices I used to connect to it. I did not even dare to try to stream any video, just simple web browsing was painfully slow.
Location
The hotel is very dated, Reno’s are needed. Some have started and been on going for years. The pool is NEVER open.

Staff were a bit standoffish. Asked for King and was told absolutely not possible as it was a Booking.com booking. I was told Kings were available.
The hotel is very outdated and run down. The pool area is in dire need of repair and the shower to rinse off was not working. The inside hot tub was not working either. I was surprised to see the suite we stayed in was very outdated and needs refurbishing. The hotel used to have a good reputation but that is not the case now.
I would not recommend this hotel.
