Service was fine
Everything! Rooms were small and cramped. TV remote barley worked. Beds were subpar. Hotel is in a total mess.
Convenient to restaurants
The room was small
we stay 3 nights. Good service - sleep well, quiet. breakfast was good.
it was construction in site - but overall it doesn't bother too much.

Everything
I wish the Hilton app had clearly notified guests that this property is currently undergoing renovations. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton. From the lobby, the route to the elevators is a maze of construction corridors with dirty carpets, and even the elevators had debris. My room (218), although supposedly finished, felt worn and was extremely small. The curtains were too short for the windows, allowing sunlight in during the day and streetlight glare at night.
The digital keys did not work for any rooms, which added to the frustration. The lobby pantry was about 80% empty, and while there are restaurants within walking distance, they’re not ideal—especially in bad weather. There was also no coffee service in the lobby, which is typically a standard amenity at Hilton properties.
Overall, a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel—stay elsewhere.
The front desk agents were very hospitable and friendly.
The renovations were awful. Security cameras sitting on the floor, side exits that should be locked were open and didn’t even latch, dirty shower curtain used as a partition.
Very convenient location and proximity to the sites we were planning to visit. The beds were very comfortable and parking was ample. Breakfast was good, although the eggs were gone by the time I arrived to eat.
Renovations were on going which seemed to show the age of the property. Hall noise was a bit noticeable, but not overly loud.
The breakfast was very limited in options this time around.
We thought the renovations would be done by now. Very noisy and dirty on first floor.
Nothing! We got there and door wouldn’t open. Hour later we got in. Then walking in the room, it hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest. Went to get new sheets and ended up not even fitting, because I had to change them myself.went all the way back down and finally got sheets! Also it’s moldy and nasty. In middle of renovations so it’s dirty as all get out! Horrible experience and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Couldn’t pay me to go back

The staff were really nice and helpful. The A/C in the rooms worked very well.
There were guest outside smoking at the front entrance very often. I didn’t enjoy having to walk through cigarette smoke with my infant while trying to get into the hotel every day.
Breakfast was ok for me. But my wife is gluten free/dairy free. There were no breakfast options except an apple for her. You need to make sure there are options as there are many travelers that have these allergies,
You DID have a sign in the lobby to "pardon our dust" because of remodeling. However, some of the things in the room should have been taken care of even with this warning. There were piles of tile grout in the corners of the bathroom, as if some sort of vacuum was used that was circular and could not reach into the corners. There was a rusty drywall screw on the floor next to the bathtub. There were no soaps for the sink. We had to walk over to the tub and take squirts of shampoo to wash our hands. The room door did not close well and really slammed hard when we would enter or leave.
Always love the breakfast. The location is convenient to main roads.
The king room is very small with the sleeper sofa out.
The clerk! L A was awesome! My stay was related to health and her kind words really helped.
Price!
The location
The hotel was under construction. The common areas the hallways were not as clean. our room was missing a working clock and telephone. When we arrived at the TV wasn’t working, which they fixed immediately. One of the elevated doors fell off.
Location is great. Front desk staff is very nice.
Where to begin. Reserved a room with a king bed and sofa pullout. When we reached the room it was a single queen bed, no sofa and a handicapped shower. Worse, it looked like a bad dorm room. The entire property is in desperate need of renovation and I'm actually shocked that Hampton Inn allows its name to be used on this property. Valuables were left in the room and apparently stolen by housekeeping. Worse, repeated calls were never returned. The breakfast is bad--even for a budget hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!
