Smell
It was quiet and easy to get to. The bed seemed clean.
I got this room solely for the whirlpool. While filling the water pool, i noticed the surface was covered in random particulate. It was disgusting.

The fact that they took my security deposit for no other reason than housekeeping doing their job
Location. Quiet until kids showed up. Staff were kind.
They wouldn't give me a receipt said I needed to get it from the third party. I was penalized for using the third party. Extra charges and breakfast was not free.
My first room was leaking from AC unit so much that a 5x5 area of carpet was wet when I arrived. 2nd room the fridge defrosted even though it was plugged in and high setting, used all my bath towels to clean up the floor.
Ceiling was.leakimg.above the bar where I sat for dinner. Only one person running the desk and one person running the bar and restaurant during evening busy times. The amenities online didn't match what they actually had.
Close to the highway and you couldn't hear the highway from the location.
Wall outlet was almost coming out of the wall while I was ironing. There were hairs on the shower wall when I get into shower.
Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Complimentary bottle of water.
Breakfast should be included
Baldvant, was our concierge. He was very knowledgeable of the area and helpful when we had a few minor issues with our internet connection. Our Kids LOVED the pool.
Location was great, quiet property, price was good and staff was friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed my stay for the most part.
However, there are some things regarding cleaning that need to be prioritized.

-Drawers and counters need to be wiped down.
-The walls needs to be cleaned.
-Dusting needs to be done.
-The bathroom floors need to be mopped.

The staff were nice and helpful, the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing.
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing to sleep on for me or my husband.
Location
Poor maintenance. The shower rods were installed incorrectly so shower curtain fell to middle and water sprayed all over the floor. Even after repair they were so flimsy they did not work as intended
