No way in hell would i stay again as we didnt

The location to the sharonsville convention center

Cons:

Checked In . Hallways smelled of bug spray and over heating dryers. When in the roo..upon checking the bee we found bedbugs remains and themselves on the corner of the bed . We immediately went to the front desk , they said no other king rooms available. I looked at the wife and asked for a refund and headed back home which was a 2 hour drive north .

Deplorable conditions, rude manager.
Pros:

I thought the staff were being nice, until they turned when I asked for a refund.

Cons:

The first room had visible mold around the ceiling, the second room was leaking water above the bed, it was soaked. They offered us the suite, when we got to the room it still hadn't been cleaned! Deplorable, simply deplorable.

Not happy
Cons:

The bed was lumpy very uncomfortable. The couch was work out. I slept on top of the flat sheet. The fitted sheets were stained pretty bad.

Ohio isn’t really Support animal friendly.
Pros:

They do serve breakfast as say .

Cons:

It doesn’t matter if it’s a support dog you have to pay $50 a night per dog or animal what ever is your support animal and you can only have one support animal so hopefully two people don’t need one on your trip.

It served our budget and needs - near by resturant, TASTE THE TWIST BAR & GRILL was fantastic
Pros:

It was a good location and served our purpose and our budget. When the first room had an issue it was an easy stop to get assigned a different room. Nearby resturant TASTE THE TWIST BAR & GRILL (close enough to walk to) is worth going for some of the best Soul Food I have ever had.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great. The elevator was a little scary (one ride in particular it made a loud mechanical noise and jerked significantly that the drink in my hand splashed out half the cup.) The back wall when we come in the first day on our floor had something green growing on it - though I do think they got it painted before we left.

Not my best experience for a Baymont.
Cons:

Staff was ambivalent with regards to handicapped person. I'm in a wheelchair. I need 2 beds because of back and leg issues. The property only had ONE accessible room. Really...ONE? with a king bed?!
The room was already reserved by someone else and my request was ignored. They did put me on room near the lobby that DID fit a wheelchair... just barely but I could at least go to the bathroom.
They put me in a shower only room and got me a still that wasn't really steady enough to sit on, so no shower for me. They did try but I don't feel the protest is ADA compatible.
Also. One person working breakfast and check out so check out was not properly done.
I also had issues with them wanting me to check out and check back in because I added an additional night to my reservation. Then once it was discussed Three times: one by phone a week before. At check in and the morning of the additional stay they CALLED ME and said. Hey do you know your stuff is still in the room? I mean where is the communicating between then? Noon existent.
