Pros:

Die Kombination aus Lage, Preis und Leistung ist kaum zu schlagen. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen (Stand September 2026) in keiner Weise nachvollziehen. Unser Zimmer und alle Allgemeinbereiche waren sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück angemessen. Nicht Luxus, aber wir sprechen von einem Doppelzimmer für deutlich unter 100€ in der Innenstadt von München. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder wählen.

Very good breakfast.

close to the railway station

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for only one night.
The room is very small, and there is no air conditioning. You have to choose between "fresh" air and quiet, because opening the window makes the room quite noisy and smelly as the hotel is close to the railway station. The shower also smelled a bit strange, maybe because of the pipes.

The breakfast room had a strong cigarette smell, probably because people smoke near the entrance. The breakfast area is very narrow, and the staff member was constantly moving around and getting in the way while people were trying to get food.

Too noisy with vibration.
Pros:

Short walk from the station.

Cons:

Noise and vibration from trams right outside until about 1am, resuming early morning. Too hot in the room to open the window due to the noise. Lady at reception, who could have done with a helper, managed to move us from the front to the rear for the second nightbut there are few rear rooms. Carpets need a good clean.
