Pros:

Emplacement a 2min de la gare. Cest la seule raison valable.

Cons:

Impossible de dormir. Entre les tramways qui passent toutes les 10min et qui font trembler le sol, les groupes qui passent dans la rue (ou dans les couloirs de l'hotel) complètement bourrés, et l'absence de climatisation (si on ouvre les fenetres on amplifie les deux phénomènes cités précédemment), il est juste impossible de fermer l'œil.

Jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Mein Zimmer war zum Innenhof und deshalb sehr ruhig. Es war zwar klein, aber hübsch möbliert und mit vernünftigen Vorhängen zur Verdunkelung ausgestattet.
Ich konnte vor und nach dem Checkin mein Gepäck einstellen.

Generic, but more than adequate for a few nights. Friendly staff, excellent hygiene

Pros:

Hotel ao lado do metro. 5m da estação central de Munique e metro e superfície. O autocarro para o aeroporto de Munique pode apanhar em frente ao hotel e para o aeroporto de Memmigen fica a 5m na rua paralela. 10m a pé do centro histórico.

Cons:

O quarto não ter ar condicionado, apenas ventoinha.

Zwischenstopp in München.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof, Ausgang Arnulffstraße und ist ideal für Bahnreisende. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, auch zu späterer Zeit war noch alles vorhanden oder wurde nachgelegt.

Cons:

Da die Straßenbahn ständig am Hotel vorbei fährt ist es im Zimmer nicht ganz so ruhig, bei geschlossenem Fenster geht es aber.
