I’m glad it was only for one night…..actually less than 12 hours.
Pros:

Nothing… it was under construction, it created a bad first impression

Cons:

Everything. Too much construction going on to open for guests.
Our door would not open multiple times. We had to get the front desk to assist.

Learn from my mistake, i wont be back.

Clean sheets, no bugs.

I drove 3hrs to stay in Syracuse for a doctors appointment the next morning, i selected this hotel because of the reviews on Booking and because the price was pretty decent for the area. Im very disappointed that i listened to Booking instead of regular google! Do not listen to the booking reviews, back it up with google reviews! I was understanding that they were in the middle of renovation, so alittle speck of dry wall or dirt on the floor in the hallways and lobby was understandable, but once i got to my room.. that was a completely different story! It Was not clean. It looked like nobody stayed in that room for weeks and cleaners never cleaned after the last people left! There was still dirt & hair in the tub, dirty toilet seat, still trash in the fridge from the previous people. The tub didnt even drain! I had alot going on in my personal life, for 107$ this didnt need to add more to my plate. Will not come again! AGAIN, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! DO NOT ALWAYS LISTEN TO BOOKING REVIEWS, MAKE SURE TO BACK THEM UP WITH GOOGLE REVIEWS! (Booking claims a 4 star, google says its a 3 star with alot of bad reviews!!)

Overall nice, clean and colorful room
Pros:

A lot of pillows :D. Hangers that you can take of the rod.

Cons:

The room had just a little funky smell in the beginning and the windows didn't open, but at least the AC worked well and after a while you don't even realize it. The TV remote didn't work almost at all - the only buttons that worked were volume and program changing, not even the power button so you have to turn in on/off manually under the TV. Also the hand soap was empty but the staff quickly replaced it.

It was good but perhaps overpriced… but it was graduation weekend and that will cost you !
Pros:

It’s currently being renovated and there still small finesses that was not done in the room yet. The hotel workers were very nice and helpful.
Working progress and patience are two keywords.

Cons:

Will be great after the Reno.

Cons:

It smelled like marijuana as soon as you walked in, definitely not as clean as hotels should be. Our neighbor rooms toilet got clogged and nobody came to unclog it, so thankfully we had conjoining rooms and they could come use ours. We had to call a worker up because the conjoining doors would not open, they didn’t have a maintenance worker so the guy from the front desk had to help us. We eventually got it open.
