No elevator. Either not working or non-existent. We had to carry luggage upstairs as there were no 1st floor rooms available. Carpet in hallways is frayed and needs to be replaced.

Clean, nice staff, and clean pool. Perfect for me and my kids.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was fully stocked all the way until 10am. The pool was extremely clean, and I saw them out brushing and vacuuming the morning we left as well! Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The two bed room is full size beds. But it was doable.

There seemed to be more people waiting in cars in the parking lot than I would expect at 11:30 pm. Raised concerns about safety and security. The girl at the desk said the property hasn’t had any incidents of theft in the parking lot for over a year.

very welcoming check in-so important for first impressions. Efficient too. The room was a good size as was the bathroom. The breakfast was good with a few choices. The bathroom was also a good size and I felt comfortable in this hotel
