The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The restaurant was good! The room was clean and comfortable.
The Hotel is out dated and one side is facing the highway and the other side is facing the Railroad tracks! It was okay for the money but I will not stay again.
Convenient to main road

Personne à l'accueil très agréable.
Chambre non isolée d'un côté la route de l'autre la voie de chemin de fer. Chambre humide et donc très bruyante.
On m'a proposé des bouchons d'oreille pour le bruit...
Finalement loin du centre ville puisque la route devant est impossible à traverser.
Parties communes vieillotte et la piscine ne donnait pas envie.
J'ai demandé un geste commercial. On m'a juste remboursé la seconde nuit.
Il n'est normalement de louer ce type de chambre.

Staff service and restaurant inside hotel amazing
The hotel was close to everything. And the rooms were nice
The pool was dirty.
Location was great. Staff was fantastic. The pool area was nice. However the Jacuzzi didn't get very hot it was bath bath for small children. And the jets didn't work.
Great lobby and staff was super sweet.
Only problems the bathroom door needs to be fixed. I had to lift it up to close. And no bathroom vent.
Also the jacuzzi jets don't work and the water is not very hot. It was bath water warm.
The staff was always eager to provide extra service and responded quickly to resolve any issues. One of the desk managers (Cindy) was especially helpful in handling every minor problem we had quickly, effectively, and with delightful good humor. We'll certainly use this hotel again.
There were some problems with the television broadcast vs VCR movie usage. A small instruction plaque, which explained how to switch between Html-2 and 3 would have been helpful. One system enables the TV stations to work, while the other enables the VCR to play movie disks.
Room cleaning and laundry replacement could have been better.
Enjoyed the pool, clean room, and excellent customer service.
The hotel is by a rail track and the trains passing can get really loud. As a light sleeper I woke up to it a few times.
