The rooms were large and updated. The staff was courteous and helpful..
There are no elevators which can be a problem for those who have issues climbing up stairs with heavy suitcases. Thie pool is in poor shape and needs to be redone. The chairs and loungers are worn and need to be replaced. The hotel is good for one or two nights but not for an extended vacation.

The Hotel was very clean! Staff was extremely friendly! Location was awesome! Very close to everything, no more than a 5 to 8 minute drive to most locations! I will stay here EVERY time I go to St. Augustine!

The Ponce Hotel was very clean and conveniently located you can walk to just about everything. It offers excellent value for the price. The restaurant was very good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
