The staff was really friendly, they were definitely a highlight. The facilities were good and the room was nice.
The location was a bit farther than I thought, but I was walking to town and this is my fault for not paying attention. The water was also weird, but that is a St. Augustine issue.

The rooms were large and updated. The staff was courteous and helpful..
There are no elevators which can be a problem for those who have issues climbing up stairs with heavy suitcases. Thie pool is in poor shape and needs to be redone. The chairs and loungers are worn and need to be replaced. The hotel is good for one or two nights but not for an extended vacation.

The Hotel was very clean! Staff was extremely friendly! Location was awesome! Very close to everything, no more than a 5 to 8 minute drive to most locations! I will stay here EVERY time I go to St. Augustine!
