Pésima atención de uno de los recepcionistas que para nuestra mala suerte estaba casi siempre allí y los que sí eran amables casi no los veíamos . Nos poníamos nerviosos de solo verlo todos los días nos hizo sentir incómodos y desubicados. Nos nos dio su nombre y los compañeros tampoco nos los quisieron dar no volvería jamás

No sirve una buena estructura si tienes un pésimo empleado

Nos ha tratado pésimo uno de los recepcionista de quien no nos dieron su nombre y el se negó a darlo también . Llegamos a tener nervios al salir del alojamiento o entrar al porque este hombre hasta nos sacó del lobby con un niños pequeño y dos adultos mayores porq ocupábamos espacio y habían muchos huéspedes esperando para ingresar y muchas cosas más . Cuando salimos solo esperábamos no verle porque nos de is siempre algo por tomar agua por esperar un Uber para ara pedir un taxi por pararse en la puerta muy mal muy mal y estuvimos 7 días allí hasta me preguntó porq un día entré y salí tantas veces seguidas . No hizo pasar momentos incomoda de nervios y sin motivo . Aunq los otros colaboradores nos trataban con respeto y amablemente este hombre nos hizo la estadía incomoda y una pésima experiencia

The room was not dirty.

Cons:

The staff were, at best, unhelpful and at times rude, regardless of whether we spoke English or Spanish. The room was very loud with street and hotel noise and the bed was uncomfortable. A number of people in the Google reviews reported that the hotel pays for fake positive reviews, which seems plausible. The positive reviews have no relation to the actual quality of the hotel, which should be a one-star rather than three and much cheaper than it is. Also, the breakfast is not worth the trouble.

Pros:

Me gusta que tenga cafe de cortesía en la habitación y en el lobby y una nevera que permite guardar alimentos. La habitación de buen tamaño y las camas muy cómodas . La ubicación es inmejorable cerca de varios metros que permiten ir a cualquier lugar de la ciudad. El barrio es muy agradable y familiar . Es tercera vez que alojo en este hotel .

Cons:

Le parking était pas approprié à la taille de ma voiture et ce n était pas mentionné dans l offre de resa ( gabarit maxi ?) . Du coup j ai dû repayer un parking pour 3 jours alors que c était compris dans le prix de la chambre . Aucun geste commercial de l hôtel !
