The place was amazing and super comfortable, definitely worth the price for a quick trip!
Pros:

Loved the Quad room and the bedding. Super comfy pillows and blankets! Staff was super kind as well! I didn’t go to the downstairs bar but the vibes were lit

Cons:

Our room didn’t have a mini fridge. Parking was also hellacious

the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the space was nice.

However, the front desk service was really disappointing. There were 2 girls working. One of them was very kind, but the one who checked me in was rude. She even made a racist comment toward me that made me feel very uncomfortable. I sincerely hope she doesn’t repeat that with anyone else.

Also, there was no light in the room when I arrived.

Because of the customer service, I would not stay here again.

Pros:

I liked a lot the coworking spaces, the outdoor seating, the bar and the small restaurant

Cons:

The elevators are bad, fortunately I was in a 4th floor so I could easily use the stairs. The room cleaning service is not that good either. They basically only made the bed. I would recommend replacing the TV

Me gusta la instalación y la limpieza , a unas 15 cuadras de la Casa Blanca y a 20 cuadras del monumento a Lincol

No ac during our stay-Had to get a fan! Elevator was broke! Had to stage luggage up steps from parking garage. That was way too tiny for a van to maneuver! We found roaches in the room. The shower ceiling started to flood. Pillows flat. Carpets filthy. Picture of Washington was crazy with witch hands on him over the bed! No dresser had to put my clothes in a cube on closet Floor! Had to run to Lobby for food! Phone all static couldn’t even call front desk for help! And no one called us to say food arrived 20 minutes prior! Was an absolute nightmare ! We left early and ran across the street to the Hilton for almost the same price! No apologies from anyone! No refund yet for my parking or deposit! I am appalled that they are in business. My son and I literally got Physically ill from the poor quality of the room air circulating! Paid for city view got an alley!!!there were lamps with 3 different ways to turn each on. It was like someone had leftover yard sale items and threw together a room! Not even a nice air bnb theme! Absolutely discusting creepy and not at all as advertised!
The elevator had no safety on doors and they closed on my son!!!! And wouldn’t stop closing!!!! Then the parking garage held us prisoner

Pros:

Nothing, except the refrigerator.

Cons:

Attention. The hotel is not recommendable.
They told us it is not allowed to have 5 people in the room but I booked the room for 5 people.
The hotel doesn't look good and don't have enough towels for everybody.
Also the checkin is a mess!

Liked the view, cute picture neer every bed.
The pool was nice.

Cons:

I wasn't informed about the parking fee.
There were only 2 chairs in the room to sit on. Cable TV not worth it.
