The location was conveniently close to subway and most happening places in the city.

Cons:

Lack of cleanliness was visible to the naked eye. There was hair in the shower for example, and the entire hallways smelled like mix of weed and mold. Perhaps the carpets are too old and dirty. There was no water boiler of coffee maker in the room either. For such a high amount of charge, that is the least that must be provided.

I loved this hotel! Very nice space, friendly space, and great part of town. I really appreciated the ease of check in. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the common areas.

While the stay was pleasant and enjoyable, several aspects made you wish you had invested more for a superior experience
Pros:

I always appreciate that this hotel offers a moderate price point without being pretentious, and it exudes a charming boutique hotel vibe.

The decor, location, and food and beverage options all contribute to the overall atmosphere and charm of the hotel.

Cons:

Out of the four times I’ve stayed there, the front desk staff in the evenings has been consistently unhelpful. Notably, there’s a female staff member with a thick accent who is always quite curt and, at times, downright rude. I can’t recall her name.

She frequently hangs up the phone before you can even complete your sentence, often necessitating a second call to conclude your conversation.

The hotel’s maintenance needs significant improvement. One of the elevators has been out of service for quite some time now. It’s also disheartening that guests have to call to request ice and cups, even though the staff is always willing to help.

They should also ensure that the bathroom has more than two towels and that the closets have extra blankets and pillows for guests.

Scam information , the employee Danny said to us the parking is 59 for night , and i told them that i want to use only 1 night he said leave it no one will take more than 59 for extra night , then when we did check out o found 59 *2 so they said only send email and write a review thats what you can do . And will see and check and no one contacted me

My stay was very unpleasant.
Pros:

It was close to my meeting location.

Cons:

Only one working elevator that was very slow and rickety.
Staff was not customer friendly overall.
No gift/sundry shop or vending machines.
Thermostat could not be adjusted to make the room warmer- temperature was 64 degrees the whole time.
Bad odor.
Electrical outlets did not work
USB ports did not work.
Fitness room seemed like a dungeon.
Street construction all around the hotel entrance.

The pool was closed “under maintenance”, even the ice machine was “under maintenance”. Bar open only to 9 pm. On Saturday. Tea/coffee machine would be a nice touch in the room.

Las habitaciones my limpias, la atencion del personal, el ultimo dia nos atendio una muchacha de el salvador que hablaba español fue muy amable.

Cons:

Que no tengan servicio de desayuno Bufet, hay un restaurante que dice servir comida "mexicana" muy lamentable. yo he estado varias veces en mexico y la comida mexicana nada que ver con la comida que sirve el restaurante del Rendale. Deben de corregir esa lamentable situacion.
