Tratamento horroroso do gerente do hotel. Muito sem educação, nao ajudava em nada, cheguei com 3 horas de atraso pois meu voo atrasou, já havia pagado antecipadamente a estadia via booking.com, e o gerente do hotel me disse que haviam dado meu quarto pra outra pessoa! Fiquei sem quarto, mesmo tendo pago! E ele disse para eu me virar com o booking.com. E depois de bastante tempo discutindo, me disse que até tinha quarto , mas por 40% a mais do preço . Fui embora e acabei ficando no fairmont , que teve um atendimento fantástico , muito diferente do Hilton.
