Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, ed il personale gentile. purtroppo però solo quello.

Cons:

4 stelle non capisco da dove arrivano. Camera ceca, una unica finestra con vista su macchinari dell'aria condizionata. Non un frigo bar (in un 4 stelle), cassetta di sicurezza rotta, non un posto dove appoggiare la/le valige, in camera praticamente nulla. Aria condizionata rumorosissima. di notte ero obbligato ad accenderla per una decina di minuti in modo che si raffreddasse la stanza e poi spegnerla altrimenti non si dormiva. Letti abbastanza comodi, ma il materasso sprofondavi dentro. Pulizia devente, a parte il fatto che in bagno il la bocchetta che aspira l'aria bianca, era nera dalla sporcizia credo mai pulita.

Great hotel in the middle of NY
Pros:

The hotel provided great experience when checking in and out. The rooms felt like rustic new york and the architecture was beautiful!

After my original review, Director of Operations Ujwala Mulik personally reached out to us regarding the transportation charge issue. She took the time to investigate the situation, clarify what happened, and ultimately resolved the concern.

I genuinely appreciate the professionalism, communication, and follow-up from management. While the experience at the time was frustrating, it meant a lot that the issue was taken seriously and addressed directly.

Would stay here again and again!
Pros:

Hotel was located in walking distance to many landmarks, Times Square, Bryant Park, NYC Library, St Pat's Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, Radio City, etc... as well as near pharmacies, grocery stores and mass transit. Staff was very helpful - we needed a mini fridge and they sent one up quickly.

Cons:

I couldn't stay longer... oh, the elevators are often busy so, the stairs are an option, a little dark and small.

騒音に慣れれば快適
Pros:

どこへ行くにもアクセスがよく行動の拠点にするにはピッタリでした。朝出かける際に清掃スタッフに会ってもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれて気持ちが良かったです。部屋の備品が切れた際もしっかり補充してくださり不便なく過ごせました。

Cons:

以前の宿泊者の髪の毛(ブロンド)がベッドの隙間から出てきた。
床が絨毯ではなくコンクリ？なのでたぶん細かなゴミが落ちてきても分かりずらい。
立地上仕方がないが夜の街の騒音がすごい。屋内にいても外にいるのと同じボリュームで聞こえてくる。サイレンやクラクションがとにかくうるさい。

The location was close to Amtrak. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room was ridiculously small for the price. You could hear the club halfway up the building. The hotel advertises a discount for guests staying at the hotel dining at the hotel bar and restaurant but it wasn't honored. I paid extra for the Breakfast Box option, but when I asked for it, I waited an hour and was only given a coffee.
