Very nice building and wonderful staff. My only complaint is the location and surrounding location. Not appeasing at all

Pros:

Nice place, close to restaurants and shopping mall. Easy to get into.

Cons:

Very hard to get out of, traffic is terrible and turning is near impossible. TV volume was stuck on low audio.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The only issue thatI had was that there wasn’t a microwave in our room

Staff was great very friendly

Cons:

The hotel looked ancient, I was expecting a much nicer hotel for the money. Very disappointed in the hotel itself. We didn't even have a microwave in the room on top of that it was a very small room and had some kind of unpleasant odor, and to top it off we were on the 11th floor so it took forever to get an elevator. I most likely wont be returning to this location. The first two nights we stayed at a Holiday Inn and it was much better hotel for quite a bit less money.

THE TOUCHLESS ENTRY AND THE TOUCHLESS KEY PAD AND PRIVATE ELAVATOR WITH KEY PAD ONLY ENTRY FOR GUEST VERY NICE ENJOYED THAT AND THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN AND VERY MORDERN TECH I ENJOYED THAT PART ABOUT IT!

Cons:

NOT GETTING ANY HOTEL STAFF TO MAKE UP MY BEDS HAD TO CONTACT THEM AT LEAST BETTER BLANKETS TOO THEY ARE VERY ROUGH ANF FELT CHEAP MAYBE BETTER BLANKETS BUT OTHER THAN THAT LOVED IT ALL !

My stay was just one night so I really can not complain. The hotel was well lit and clean.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great due to the distance I needed to travel for work. The room was clean and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I should have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express due to the cost of the room and there was no breakfast and no pool.

Excelente servicio y limpieza.
Pros:

Me sentí muy cómoda y satisfecha con el servicio desde la recepción hasta el check out. Todo muy limpio y el lugar es tranquilo. En un momento se dañó el elevador, pero lo arreglaron en unas horas y tenían otro en la parte de atrás que resolvimos con ese. Si vuelvo a Raleigh, vuelvo a quedarme allí. Gracias especiales a Eric, quien nos atendió especialmente bien.

Cons:

No nos orientaron sobre el elevador extra que tenían en el momento que se dañó el principal. Pero todo lo demás muy bueno.
