The elevators and one time we had to walk up 15 flights of steps
The hotel is very beautiful, & very clean! All of the employees seem to be very nice! Our bellman, Carlos, accommodated us very well from the time we arrived. He helped us get our luggage out of our Lyft. He made sure that everything was sorted accordingly then he brought everything up to our rooms. Carlos even decided to fill our ice bin up for us! He was very attentive and his service was above and beyond.
5 out of 5 I definitely recommend breakfast and having Jim as your waiter he was amazing!

Localiza-se longe da cidade para participar de congresso no centro de convenções. Alem disso, a maioria dos deslocamentos pela cidade dispende tempo e uber ($$).
Cortinas da janela do quarto não fornecem blackout, assim como também entra bastante luminosidade pelas frestas da porta e ainda as luzes de emergência ajudam a manter claridade à noite, atrapalhando o sono.
Janelas do quarto não abrem para permitir ventilação natural. Fica-se o tempo todo com o ar do quarto dependendo do aparelho de ar-condicionado. Com carpete no quarto, isso não ajuda muito as pessoas alérgicas.
Hakeem Front desk Went above and beyond for my friend and I .. after a horrible stay at our last hotel and a long exhausting day at the universal park he made accommodations that not only helped us but was empathetic funny and caring.. My friend was a diamond member and the upgrade was just what we needed for myself and her young daughter it was the highlight of our day a little care goes a long way thank you … ps the warm cookie drawer love it!!

I liked that it is walking distance to universal! I thinks it’s amazing! I also liked that they have a shuttle to epic universe! They have a really good schedule for it too!
No one ever came in to our room for service . We ran out of towels and had to ask for them twice before we actually got the towels. I think that the breakfast is too expensive for what it is. The best part of my stay was the waiter we had at breakfast! I don’t remember his name but he’s Asian and he is the nicest man on this planet! We’ve had him twice and every time he is wonderful!!
