Ideal for universal and complementary bus

It was a decent stay. It wasn’t bad nor good but nothing really stood out to make it terrible. Would be willing to give

The location, courtyard, ice cream shop, bbq wings and the cookies. As well staff helpful and friendly with a good shuttle service.

Cons:

Doors slamming at all hours, could hear through the walls of the rooms, bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Key card to the parking lot never worked the whole stay. Cabinet to the fridge was broken and no bathroom fan.

Great location, but not the most accommodating!
Pros:

I loved how close it was to Universal! We were able to walk over on the day we visited.

Cons:

I did not like how expensive parking was. We paid a total of $68 for our stay. Also, I did not like that we did not have a microwave in our room or on the floor. I was told at 1 am that I would have to leave the building and go into a game room to access a microwave. Additionally, breakfast was really confusing as I purposefully booked a reservation that would include breakfast and at check in I was told that only two guests could have breakfast and the other guests would have to purchase breakfast at $28 then or $40 at the restaurant. The voucher included three guests and I was later told at the restaurant that it was good for three people, but we would have all had to arrive together as they take the voucher as payment.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Orlando! The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the city has to offer.
The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and organized. Everything was comfortable, and we really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and detail.
I would especially like to recognize Jim, who took care of us during breakfast. He was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, attentive, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His warm attitude and excellent service made our mornings even more enjoyable. Employees like Jim truly make a difference and make guests feel welcome.
Thank you for a great experience! We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Great location, clean hotel. Needs some work though

Cons:

Ice machine broken did not work all stay and the elevators were god awful. Every single time using the elevators it was not working right
