Pros:

Tolle, zentrale Lage. Das Hotel liegt im ersten OG. Auch wenn hier und da mal ein paar kleine Renovierungen nötig wären, würde ich es wieder buchen da mir der Charakter meines Appartements mit den zwei Etagen fehlt m Raum gut gefallen hat.

Lili's great!! Can't recommend enough
Pros:

This place is absolutely great! First of all, it's really well located, a few steps away from Freedom square, many restaurants, coffee places and within walking distance of most of Tbilissi's landmarks which is great.

The room is then fantastic, it's beautiful, you have everything you need and more, the room is really comfortable and we had an amazing time there. The bed was one of the best bed I've ever slept in my life.

The cherry on the cake is without a doubt Lili, the owner, she is super nice and makes your stay even better! Can't recommend enough!

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect for us.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Tbilisi!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and well equipped, and the staff are incredibly kind, responsive, and always happy to help. They even kept my luggage for a few days while I traveled to Kazbegi, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again.

very central, clean, well equipped nice family hotel. Perfect hotel for visiting Tbilisi
Pros:

This hotel is in the middle of the old part of Tbilisi, almost next to liberty square. The owner Lilly was very helpful in giving us advice where to go and where to eat. We had a wonderfull weekend. Hotel was clean, very central and an excellent starting point to discover the city. All instructions for entering the building were clearly sent upfront. Me not reading them was my mistake. Great place to stay, it made our visit more beautiful.

Pros:

Fantastic location and facilities. The staff is very nice but also you get a lot of privacy. The room has all the appliances you need for a longer stay but very enjoyable even for a short one, amazing espresso machine.
