In the very heart center of the City in a very busy street. A must stay while in Tbilisi.
Pros:

It is a an aparthotel in an old building in one nightlife busy street just across Liberty Square. The location is really the best one you can have you are basically in the geographical center of everything. The street has plenty of bars and restaurants of any type and in the surroundings. The City Mall is walking distance and so the National Museum. the apartment is big and is well equipped, the bed located on a second level and very comfortable. Lili is a very nice and kind host.

Cons:

The street is very busy at night and so noises can get a bit annoying, I have a very good sleep but others might find it harsh. Our apartment was nice and very similar to the picture online, just getting a bit overused and so it would need some restyling. The building is typical of the area and is old and some strange smells came out of the sewers from time to time after rain. Also they need to control more the noise in the corridors as some young groups are getting a bit out of control sometimes, but all in all a pleasant place to stay. There is no elevator and it is located on the first floor !

Pros:

Месторасположение, наличие кафе для завтраков под домом.

Cons:

Кровать расположена на втором этаже, под потолком. Слышимость того, что происходит за стенами, не поддаётся логике. Слышно как приходят сообщения на телефон соседям за стенкой, слышно как ходят, моются, занимаются сексом и прочие звуки. Полы очень сильно скрипят.
Из ванной комнаты пахнет канализацией.
Всё это никак не сочетается с приятным отдыхом.
Если бы я знал об этих особенностях помещения, никогда бы не арендовал эти апартаменты.

Lovely place to stay - highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent place all round. Super comfortable and well equipped studio/ apartment in a lovely old building which has been imaginatively converted.
The location could not be better - on a pedestrian street close to everything with great cafes and restaurants on the doorstep.
Lili was a brilliant host and kindly held onto something we left behind until we were able to collect a week later.

Cons:

Nothing - all great.

Great place to stay, thank you!
Pros:

A nice old building , but tastefully modernised. Centrally located and easy to walk to many key locations. Very comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants in the street which is great if you arrive late. Nice cafe next door for breakfast. Very reasonably priced.

Cons:

May be best to get a room at the back if you are a light sleeper as the street can be quite busy at night.

Cons:

The staff didn’t properly communicate the codes to enter in advance and there was no one when we got in - we had to wait for the receptionist to come. He was also not very friendly
