Pros:

Attention to the detail, very stylish apartment and kitchen that can support simple cooking.

Cons:

There seems to be a vulnerability with the control of electricity and the lights at the point where the master switch blocked and was either turning all off or lights on. personnel did whatever was possible for fixing the inconvenience, and we found alternative solutions

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Tbilisi
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Pakunji Guest House during our trip to Tbilisi. We stayed in the duplex apartment for three people, and it was spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We arrived very late at night, but the check-in process was smooth, thanks to our wonderful host, Lili. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help. She patiently answered all our questions about the apartment and even gave us useful recommendations about the city, which we truly appreciated.

The location is one of the property's biggest advantages. It is right in the heart of Tbilisi, just a short walk from Freedom Square and Galleria Mall. As soon as you step outside, you'll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.

We also felt very safe throughout our stay. The building has double security doors, and access is controlled by key cards, which gave us peace of mind.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. If you're looking for a comfortable, secure, and centrally located place to stay in Tbilisi, I highly recommend Pakunji Guest House.

Cons:

The only downside is that there is no elevator. We were travelling with several very heavy suitcases, so carrying them up and down the stairs was quite challenging. While you can request assistance, staff are not always on-site, especially during check-out, so it's something to keep in mind if you're travelling with large luggage.

Great place in old town
Pros:

Great location to explore Tbilisi, super convenient and close to everything. Big parking super close to flat.

Cons:

Although its nicely equipped, a lot of kitchenware is missing… like we had one spoon for family of 5, 3 glasses and so on. It would be really amazing if they would put more attention to it, but this shouldn’t stop you from booking.

Lication, room, bath, design, atmosphere - everything is top. I've visited a lot of hotels in Tbilisi, and this option is one of my fav from now on. Madloba!

Cons:

Soundproofing with room at the same floor is not the best (you can hear footsteps and muted voices). Also, located on lively tourist street, so you probably will hear music all the time (soundproof with street is good tho, and it's a problem).

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in the heart of the historic part of the city, just 100 meters from Liberty Square. Set in a beautifully restored 200-year-old building, it perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort. The renovation has been done with great attention to detail, creating a stylish, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere.

Lili made us feel special by treating us with wine, and Georgi's warm smile and friendly attitude made us feel at home throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mitten im Zentrum von Tiflis. Das stilvoll renovierte alte Gebäude verbindet historischen Charme mit modernem Design. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Cafés.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Lilie, die uns bei der Organisation des Transfers vom Flughafen unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
