Great location. Helpful staff.

Convenient location. The desk staff person was very helpful, accommodated our need for a ground floor or elevator-adjacent room

Cons:

Couldn’t access the elevator from outside. It appears that someone has smashed all of the buttons. They are all taped over.

Nice place to stay for couple of days.
Pros:

Best Location in the centre of the city & downtown area.

Cons:

Breakfast is not up to marks.
If you like to eat just muffins and toast then it would be a best place otherwise nothing is there to eat for breakfast.

Pros:

Motel très correct pour un prix très avantageux ! Les lits sont très confortables et la salle de bain est propre.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné inclu est à volonté mais les aliments proposés sont vraiment de mauvaise qualité... En même temps ce n'est vraiment pas cher ;-) !

Würden wieder buchen
Pros:

In Summe hat alles gepasst. Die Lage zum öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Strassenbahn) war ideal. Man war gleich in der Innenstadt.

Very clean. Easy registration. Perfect location close to hospital where we had appointments.

Cons:

Was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Not a lot to choose from. No protein, all carbohydrates. It was clean and accessible.

Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly. The pool was good as well.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room had mold in it around the tub. It looks like this is a known complaint, as culk had been put over top of the mold to attempt to stop/ cover it. We had a person sitting on our steps right out front of our hotel room door in the late hours of the night who would not leave. We called room service on this. We also were put in the very far room, which is inconvenient when you have 2 small children and there is construction right outside the door. The hotel room was also not the cleanest. There were still hairs in the shower and hair in the bathroom sink from someone else shaving before us. The kitchen was not stocked for two people. Only enough sugar and stir sticks for one. Coffee maker also is going, as it would not turn on every time. Had to unplug/ plug it back in over and over to get it to work. The extra blanket in the cupboard had many holes in it.
Overall, a little more care from everyone there would go a long way.
