Restaurants were amazing, property was so well designed and the staff were excellent throughout. From being greeted by David to check in with Emily, Andres, to eating at all the restaurants. Staff were so attentive at each restaurants and amazing at breakfast too.

The location and the restaurants and bars are good on the ground floor.
Where do I start? I really wanted to enjoy my time at the hotel as I had a pleasant stay there a few nights before this. I moved my family to the hotel on a Sunday to enjoy the hotel facilities for the day before we went into the jungle for a few nights and it was a big mistake. The pool was full of people standing around drinking cocktails from about 11am. Then they served lunch around the pool. Customers were eating their food standing in the pool then dipping their fingers in the pool to wash their hands. There was nowhere to swim and it is not meant to be a pool bar. The rooms are trying to be quirky and trendy but they are just painful. My room had a balcony with only one chair and one coffee cup for my wife and myself. There is one reading light that is supposed to look like a camera but is only on one side of the bed. Make sure you bring your non reading, non coffee drinking, standing spouse and you will be fine. Finally, they don’t tell you that at the weekends the rooftop bar is blaring thumping music until at least 3am. Our room was on the 7th floor and the bar is on the 8th. My kids stayed in the internal courtyard side and did not have to suffer with the insane music. The hotel needs to decide if it is a hotel or a nightclub and tell guests if their room is going to be affected. Before I forget the key cards only work for the floor your room is on. My teenage kids were on a different floor so we couldn’t easily go to their room without going to the lobby and asking the staff to send us to the right floor.

Ambiance très impersonnelle et très show off. Personnel un peu froid et distant. Espaces communs très hall de gare et bruyant.
The location is perfect, breakfast was delicious, and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly
Our room initially overlooked the courtyard which was too noisy for me with loud music starting at 6am. But the staff did move us when we asked. Also a bit surprised to find a 5 star hotel charge for water and coffee in the room
