我们是半夜办理入住，前台人员飚脏话，有种族歧视的倾向，态度及其恶劣，是一个胖胖的中老年人，一直说我们没有预订，还说i don’t have funcking internet, 完美跟他说calm down他还回复态度很差说you calm down，我说要找经理，他说就是他一个人说了算，太无语了，这样的服务对于这样的酒店来说真的是非常大的损失，从来没有这么差的经历

Kann jedem diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
Pros:

August ist ein tolles Hotel. Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und für unsere Zwecke war es perfekt.

A haven and a get away from the city centre.
Pros:

The bed was very comfy, the room was very clean, and Le Labo soap and shampoo/ conditioner was a treat.
The hotel is next to a great community bar/ cafe area called Pakt, and there is also a nice cafe on the corner in the street. The hotel restaurant was also very good.

Cons:

The area was a bit quiet, but I guess it will develop more.

Un bon moment d évasion au vert

Confort propreté qualité des équipements

Cons:

Le seul point perfectible est un peu d attente au petit dej . Le choix de ne pas proposer de buffet et une préparation de chaque assiette / plat a la demande génère pas mal d inertie entre la prise de commande en salle et le service à table

Mooi hotel maar mist dat tikkeltje extra.
Pros:

Unieke setting in een historisch pand. Een prachtige locatie. Lekkere douchegel van Le Labo. Heel mooi ingericht.

Cons:

Er zijn onvoldoende parkeerplaatsen waardoor wij op straat moesten parkeren en met de bagage moesten sleuren. Daarnaast is het ontbijtbuffet vervangen door een vrij prijzig ontbijt a la carte. In de douche vond ik een haar van een vorige gast 😕.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Umgebung.

Cons:

Bei Zimmerausstattung hat man gesparrt. Eher möchte gerne sehr teueres Hotel was aber eher Mittelmaß ist.

Nice overall, some small annoying things but I would probably go back.

Cons:

There was a separate toilet room with no sink. So after using the toilet I had to walk all across the room and the bed to the other side of the room to wash my hands.
Also the hotel restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays which I find odd.
