An exceptional stay but not very accommodating to people with different needs.
Pros:

The consistency, cleanliness and the feel

Cons:

Maybe the in room food for like South Indian breakfast at 5 am - they couldn’t do a dosa at 5 am before my flight. For someone like me a chicken sandwich would suffice but my South Indian Tamil mum could not stomach a sandwich for breakfast. So was very difficult.

All the staff members were courteous and well-behaved. Golapi and Priya were very helpful.
Pros:

高温高湿度
Pros:

今回は、深夜に到着し、疲れがたまっていたが、チェックインもスムーズで快適に部屋まで通してもらえた。
初日は、シャワーだけでしたが、翌日は浴槽につかりリフレッシュできた。温度も適温にコントロールできた。
朝食メニューは、毎度のことだが満足いくものであった。

Cons:

部屋の湿度が高く、湿度コントロール機能のないACのため設定温度を21℃以下まで下げる必要があった。
21.5℃以上では床が濡れ滑る状況。
朝食で一つ残念なのは、フルーツヨーグルトが並んでいるが、ティースプーンのような小型のものがない。
わざわざスタッフに依頼する必要がある。
