CUSTOMER DELIGHT & GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!
Pros:

The entire staff (Front desk/Security/Porter/Housekeeping .......) displayed exceptional hospitality with warm welcome. Good room was assigned promptly with extended check out time upon the request made. Breakfast quality and spread was excellent. Swimming pool was very neat & clean and my experience was very good. I would like to extend my special thanks to the Duty Managers Vivek & Jainil for accommodating my requests and making my stay very comfortable. I would look forward to stay again soon with Trident Chennai.

Cons:

There were few small opportunities for improvement in the room assigned including the bathroom. These were really not very significant and were taken up very constructively for action by the staff. I am sure this will add more value & comfort to customer .

Very nice hotel for staying near Airport
Pros:

The hotel was located very near to airport. Overall comfortable stay. Bathroom was tiny compared to room size (Suite). Good breakfast spread and had availed complementary pick and drop facility.

スタッフの対応、特にアクションスピードは素晴らしかった。何不自由なく2泊過ごすことができた。ホテルでのストレスがないので仕事への集中ができ満足。

Cons:

インドあるあるなのだが、必要以上の対応は少しきになるところ。例えば鞄をボーイが持ち運ぼうとする行為。全く必要を感じない、むしろ無駄な行為。

Pros:

Customer service nearly as good as Leela Palace and better than ITC chola and taj club house. (We stayed in all these recently). Well maintained and excellent customer service - including Melanie and manager at reception (I think her name is laxmi). Would highly recommend.
