Aangenaam verblijf met kleine misverstanden
Pros:

Over het algemeen heb ik een heel prettig verblijf gehad. De eerste receptioniste die mij hielp bij het inchecken was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat meteen een goede eerste indruk gaf.

De faciliteiten waren ook erg fijn, vooral het zwembad vond ik geweldig en heb ik echt van genoten.

Op een klein misverstand na tijdens het verblijf, waar ik verder niet op in ga, kan ik eigenlijk nergens over klagen. Alles was goed verzorgd en aangenaam.

Als klein verbeterpunt zou ik zeggen dat de kussens iets comfortabeler mogen zijn, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk.

Verder een zeer aangename ervaring en zeker een hotel waar ik opnieuw zou verblijven.

Cons:

Ik heb een kamer geboekt voor twee personen en bij het inchecken heb ik correct mijn naam en die van mijn vriendin opgegeven, aangezien wij beiden in de kamer zouden overnachten. Alles was vanaf het begin in orde.

Later kwam mijn partner even langs op bezoek. Ondanks dat we duidelijk hebben uitgelegd dat hij niet zou blijven overnachten, werden we verplicht om de naam van de tweede gast in de reservatie te wijzigen zodat hij naar boven mocht. Dit zorgde voor een volledig onnodige situatie, aangezien mijn vriendin de echte gast was.

Daarnaast was de houding van de receptioniste weinig professioneel en vrij onvriendelijk. Ze luisterde niet naar onze uitleg en reageerde zeer star. Er werd ons zelfs gezegd dat er na deze wijziging “geen verdere aanpassingen meer mogelijk waren”, wat voor onnodige stress zorgde.

Ik begrijp dat hotels veiligheidsregels hebben, maar dit werd op een overdreven en weinig klantvriendelijke manier aangepakt. Een eenvoudige registratie van de bezoeker was voldoende geweest zonder de reservatie te wijzigen.

Over het algemeen werd de ervaring negatief beïnvloed door de slechte behandeling aan de receptie, eerder dan door het hotel zelf.

Der Poolbereich könnte saubere sein, aber das liegt auch an Gäste die ihre Sachen nicht ordentlich weg räumen
