Загалом проживання було комфортним, але рівень сервісу не відповідав вартості та очікуванням.
Pros:

Було чисто, є парковка, що є зручним, коли подорожуєш машиною

Cons:

Не сподобалось обслуговування, сервіс посередній. Уже коли виселились дізнались що родинам із собакою пропонується ліжечко та посуд для тварини, ніхто не запропонував незважаючи що оплата за маленького песика була немаленька - 80 євро

Sehr gutes Hotel und ich komme wieder
Pros:

Betten und Bad hervorragend, Frühstück bestens. Gute Zimmer und mit Klime gut und einfach zum einstellen. Spa Bereich gut, Parkplatz sehr gut.

Pros:

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Parkplätze umsonst direkt am Hotel. Ein wirklich schönes Frühstücksbuffet bei dem nichts fehlt.

Cons:

Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Preis zu hoch wenn Veranstaltungen in Antwerpen sind. Zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Heerlijk ontspannen en écht even ontzorgd
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De airco in onze kamer rook niet fris, maar er werd direct een andere kamer geregeld, dat was erg fijn. Ook zijn we heel goed geholpen bij het regelen van een taxi naar onze avondbestemming. Het ontbijt was fantastisch!

De airco in onze eerste kamer rook erg onfris, maar zoals gezegd werd dit direct opgelost en zijn wij naar een andere kamer verplaatst.

Zeker aan te raden
Pros:

Wel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam geholpen geweest bij het inchecken (we waren later dan we dachten, maar was geen probleem). Voor de rest alles prima in orde

Cons:

Moeilijk te vinden (zelfs met gps. Zagen wel makkelijk het logo maar waren al voorbij de inrit/straat naar de parking)

Ook vond ik geen inlog-code voor de wifi verbinding (al veel in andere vandervalk-hotels geweest (voornamelijk nederland)) en was steeds duidelijk en gemakkelijk te vinden via kaartje of op de muur of deur. Deze keer echter niet, jammer.

Ontbijt : allemaal zelfde tassen. Voor thee echt wel aan de kleine kant

Im Van-der-Valk-Hotel Antwerpen Borgerhout fühlt man sich von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr willkommen. Ein großes Lob an alle Angestellten, die stets dafür sorgen, dass man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hat.

Nice upgrade
Pros:

We have an upgrade… and it was wonderful. I booked room with bigger bad, and some extras, but they were fully booked, and we have suits as bonus. Beautiful bath, view, and other. Bath was wonderful plus after long trip.

Suits also have beautiful interior

The breakfast was the great too.

Cons:

Navigation to the parking not visible when you have a long-distance drive and little unfocused.

Perfect hotel voor concertbezoek in de stad met geweldig ontbijt
Pros:

We hebben niet gezwommen of fitness gedaan maar wij fijn dat het kon. Parkeerplaats bij het hotel is prettig en het ontbijt is geweldig uitgebreid

Zou het niet weten eerlijk gezegd. De verlichting in de kamer?
