Great place to stay
Pros:

The location and comfort. Rooms were very clean

Cons:

The pool could have been warmer and cleaner. There were old stains on the bedding.

It was very clean and comfortable

Cons:

The AC in the room does not work efficiency it is on a motion sensor when we arrived in a room I turned it down to 65 we left to eat and look at the battlefield we got back around 9:00 it was 74° still in the room we were in a room all night and when I woke up at 7:30 in the morning it was finally down to 70° in the room

Very Reasonable value based on location. If and when I visit Gettysburg again, it will be on my list of places to stay.
Pros:

Location/proximity to the Gettysburg Nat’l Park and to Gettysburg town was outstanding.

Cons:

Probably convenient to many, but I would rather a lower room cost and no high fat, high carb breakfast. Let me decide what good food or junk I consume and don’t make it appear to be a “benefit” of staying at a property.

Cons:

Housekeeping never came in, during our 3 night stay. It seems hotel prices are increasing, while the services provided are definitely decreasing.
