Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. The bed was fine.

Cons:

The room smelled excessively of bleach, whether that was from the bedding or cleaning solution it was unclear. There were hairs in the bathroom from the previous guest.

The sound-proofing needs improvement, as other guests' showers and footsteps were quite intrusive.

Friendless kindness and cleanliness

Front desk was very friendly and kind . Loved the warm cookies and clean entrance :) and the Vermont Teddy. Bears

Probably not again unless in a pinch
Pros:

Large bed that was comfy.

Cons:

The room had trash that was not ours.
There was not water or any cups for something to drink.
The elevators were honestly scary to use. One was very slow and jerky and the other was way to fast and shook
