Air wasn't working

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The air in our room wasn't working at all. We would put the air down and somehow it always ended up back on 72 degrees. I could not sleep comfortably like that

Great staff.... Great location.... Facility needs work.....
Pros:

Easy check in.... friendly staff

Cons:

The 7th floor... which is where my room was..... was in poor condition.... The hallway flooring/ carpet was stained.... and coming apart. My room... carpet was in same deplorable condition of the hallway.
The air was musty and smelled of animal ( dog).
