With the amount of rooms they have there shouldn’t be an issue having the room type available for customers. Staff blame

Rooms was clean and housekeeping did a good job.

Cons:

Elevators and hallways looked dingy and unappealing. Didn’t get the correct bed I booked and staff didn’t want to help accommodate.

I like the location because it was near my destination and the room was very comfortable. I loved the walk in shower.

I did not like the fact I had to pay for breakfast $14.95. I think they need to get complimentary breakfast.

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The air in our room wasn't working at all. We would put the air down and somehow it always ended up back on 72 degrees. I could not sleep comfortably like that
