The staff are great and the rooms were cleaned really well.

Cons:

The building is in need of some repairs and replacement of the carpets, or they need to be shampooing, the also needs some room air freshener the rooms smells old..

Clean and pleasant stay

The staff was friendly and pleasant at check-in and the text messages during my stay to check if I needed anything was nice. The room was very clean and the hotel is in a great location

Short stay on NOLA

Cons:

Still waiting for the deposits of my son’s stay.
The first stay was on June 26th to 28th and they asked for USD50 as a deposit which would be refunded.
The. The second stay was on Jun 29th for one night which they asked for a deposit of usd 50.
Then he decided to book a room from Jun 30th to July 1st directly to the hotel and they asked again for a deposit of USD 50.
We are still waiting for the refund of these three deposits!!!

Wouldn’t book there again
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The staff had horrible customer service! And we had to wait hours for our rooms to be ready!! No one had their room on time!

With the amount of rooms they have there shouldn’t be an issue having the room type available for customers. Staff blame

Rooms was clean and housekeeping did a good job.

Cons:

Elevators and hallways looked dingy and unappealing. Didn’t get the correct bed I booked and staff didn’t want to help accommodate.

I like the location because it was near my destination and the room was very comfortable. I loved the walk in shower.
