Great!
Pros:

This was our second stay before flying out of PHX airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Happy hour is nice. Room is comfortable and quiet. It was well suited to our needs. Would stay again.

Great value, convenient location to airport
Pros:

Clean room, very comfortable large bed, spacious room. Room darkening curtains.
Helpful and friendly front desk team. Complimentary breakfast.
Convenient location with airport shuttle service included.

Cons:

In room Air-conditioner was extremely loud.
Drain in tub/shower needs clearing, water was backing up.

Location of the property was ok

Cons:

The front desk employee that checked us in was extremely rude. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and every time we seen her she would say smart comments. I didn’t think her comments were appropriate.

Siempre volveremos, Drury nuestra mejor opción en cualquier ciudad
Pros:

Siempre trato de hospedarme en esta cadena hotelera, tiene un dinner de cortesía con 3 bebidas con alcohol incluídas, además del desayuno incluído. Son muy accesibles para la hora del check in y check out... Siempre superan mis expectativas y nos hacen la estancia muy feliz.

Cons:

Podría pedir, tv para ingresar a apps (netflix, Prime, youtube, etc). Pero si eso encarece el precio, que no modifiquen nada.

I can't wait to return!
Pros:

The room was very nice, and the bed was BEYOND comfortable. When calling for the shuttle once I landed, I was told due to a large group coming in, it would be a 40-minute wait, but Drury paid for my Uber instead! I was very impressed!

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like about this property.
