Y’a pas de réfrigérateur et y’a peu de moustiques

Nous avons été informés qu il risquait d’y avoir un problème d’ascenseur. Ayant beaucoup de bagages on a demandé une chambre dans un étage inférieur. On nous a certifié à l’arrivée que les ascenseurs archaiebt donc avo t eu des chambres au 3e étage. Le lendemain les ascenseurs ne marchaient pas. J’ai du descendre tous les bagages par l’escalier, seule. Le membre du personnel a l’accueil a catégoriquement refusé de venir m’aider. Pendant la canicule. (40 degrés à Paris ce jour là). C’edt un Cleo t qui m’a aidé. Inacceptable!

The size if the rooms were too small.
The malfunctioning elevator was a nightmare!

I have stayed at many Ibis hotels in the past and this one did not meet the basic expectations of one.

I would not recommend this place at all.

- only one elevator and not working during whole stay ( room in 3rd floor)
- poor breakfast variety
- close underground restaurant for breakfast, no good smell and no sun light

From the day we arrived, I placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door because I did not want anyone entering our room. Despite this, we later realized that someone had entered. As soon as we noticed this, I asked my mother to check her wallet, and we discovered that our money was missing.We reported the incident immediately on Saturday and emailed the manager the same day. Instead of helping us, we were repeatedly told throughout the weekend to wait for the manager.We trusted the hotel and followed their instructions.The manager did not contact us until Monday, the day we were leaving. By then, we had already been waiting for two days without any real assistance.
During our meeting, the manager claimed that the “Do Not Disturb” sign had only been displayed for two days. When I asked him to show any CCTV footage or evidence supporting that statement, he refused. I also asked to see the corridor camera footage, but this request was refused as well.After making us wait until just a few hours before our flight, we were simply told to call the police ourselves. If the hotel had advised us to contact the police immediately on Saturday, we would have done so. Instead, we lost valuable time because we relied on the hotel’s instructions.Whether the missing money can ever be recovered is no longer the main issue. The real problem is the hotel’s complete lack of responsibility, transparency and urgency when dealing with a guest reporting a serious incident.
I have never experienced such poor customer service. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
