Pros:

Location + lovely courtyard seating area.

Cons:

Very crowded breakfast room.
No walk-in shower, only over bath handset.
Only bedroom window onto small light well.
Dinner menu very limited on half-board tarif, so had to change to full menu.

Modernes Hotel mit perfekter Lage und tollem Frühstücksbuffet und schönen Restaurant
Pros:

Top Lage, direkt neben der Kathedrale. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Dass uns ursprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer hatte uns wegen des Ausblicks auf einer Mauer nicht wirklich gefallen. Auf Anfrage an der Rezeption bekamen wir einen wirklich schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof und Tageslichtbad. Das Fenster konnten wir über Nacht offen lassen, so dass wir die Klimaanlage nicht benutzen mussten.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Am ersten Tag war es tatsächlich etwas voll im Frühstücksraum. 15 Minuten später hatte sich die Lage aber normalisiert. Am nächsten Tag hatte man den Innenhof offiziell für Frühstücksgäste geöffnet.

Abends hatten wir im Restaurant gegessen. Das Essen war gut und nicht überteuert. Auswärts wäre es auch nicht viel günstiger gewesen.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel war etwas herausfordernd. Wir kamen Ausrichtung Osten und unser Navi hat uns quer durch die engen Gassen geleitet. Viel breiter hätte unser Auto nicht sein dürfen und wir wären stecken geblieben.
Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage des Hotels war etwas abenteuerlich (ziemlich eng). Allerdings waren in der zweiten Tiefebene genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und die Stellplätze ausreichend groß für ein SUV(18 € pro Nacht).

Intelligent choice in Cordoba.
Pros:

Professionally managed Hotel, with good services and top location. You can’t get closer to the Mezquita, unless you overnight in one of its chapels …
Also, if you’re on a road trip and travel by car, they have a parking garage: not quite common for locations like this. The food is good and breakfast very generous, the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you hate bathtubs ask for a room with shower only.

Cons:

Some of the staff could be a little more empathic😉.
