Pros:

La ubicación y la habitación estaban genial, el desayuno era completísimo y la terraza preciosa.

Cons:

El baño con bañera , para un hotel de 4 estrellas queda ya anticuado.
El TV era antiguo, no era Smart.

Prei-Leistung stimmt nicht. 4-Sterne-Hotel?

Freundliches Personal, perfekte Lage, hübsches Ambiente im Innenhof, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Klimaanlage ist fix auf 26°C eingestellt, um Strom zu sparen. Das ist für mich keine Schlaftemperatur. Zumindest sollte in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden. Zimmertüren knallen laut zu. Unter der Zimmertür ein Spalt, durch den das Licht vom Flur das ganze Zimmer auch nachts erhellt. Der Lift neben meinem Zimmer gab bei Start und Ankunft eine für mich unerträgliche Geräuschkulisse ab. Das Badfenster ist zwar Milchglas, aber ohne weitere Abdunkelung...Schattenspiele für das Gegenüber im Innenhof. Keine Toilettenbürste. Warum das Frühstück hier so sehr gelobt wird, ist mir ein Rätsel. Es ist gut und ausreichend, aber nicht besser, als im 2- oder 3- Sterne-Hotel. Alles in allem zu teuer.

Ho soggiornato regolarmente in questo hotel e ho pagato anche il costo della notte, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata fortemente condizionata da un grave problema di sicurezza. Dopo la prenotazione ho ricevuto messaggi fraudolenti contenenti informazioni specifiche della mia prenotazione e, a seguito di questi, sono stato truffato per 176 €. Successivamente l'hotel mi ha comunicato che terzi non autorizzati hanno avuto accesso ai dati di alcune prenotazioni e questo mi è stato confermato anche via mail da chi li segue per la sicurezza del sistema informativo. Nonostante ciò e nonostante la perdita economica subita, l'hotel non mi ha riconosciuto alcun rimborso né offerto alcun concreto supporto economico. Mi sarei aspettato maggiore tutela e attenzione nei confronti di un cliente coinvolto in una situazione di questo tipo.

Great location, really central.
The room we had smelled like sewage, the reception staff changed us rooms very kindly when we asked. Probably an issue in the whole city center, not just the hotel after having spent a few days in Cordoba.
Beds were okay, staff was great.

Cons:

The design of the rooms could be more thought out to be practical : no plugs near the desk for the water boiler, had to put it on the floor; very little space for legs when sitting on the toilet because of the washbasin counter too close to it.

Trés bel hotel super bien situé - duc harme et un rapport qualité prix top.
Pros:

Hotel parfait et trés mignon. Situation exceptionnelle en face de la cathedrale./ en plein centre. Suite trés confortable.

Cons:

Pas d'indication préalable pour accéder au parking. Les GPS donnant un accés trés compliqué par des toutes petites rues , alors que l'hotel est situé juste au dessus d'une grande avenue.

Limpieza, desayuno, personal y sobre todo ubicación.

Cons:

Se le han caído estrellas por el camino, camas blandas en las que te hundes, baño muy antiguo, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. No por tener mucho mármol ya se puede mantener que sea 4 estrellas. Añadir también que es triste que te cobren un suplemento por vistas a la mezquita y la verdad tengas vistas a unas obras. Necesita una actualización.
