Séjour très agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé.
Pros:

La localisation, le personnel, la beauté de la chambre

Cons:

La recharge pour les véhicules électriques ne fonctionnait pas. Ils ont dû faire intervenir un technicien pour la remettre en état de marche en 24h environ.

Pros:

An Exceptional Hotel Experience!
This hotel was truly exceptional—one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Every detail, from the beautifully maintained spaces to the outstanding service, exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, and the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was absolutely impeccable. Every corner reflected exceptional care and attention to detail.
The location was equally outstanding, making the entire stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

The staff is so nice, the housekeeper gave us some water when we needed it. Location is very good and It’s a 5-minute walk to the supermarket.

Cons:

There is no slope so I have to carry my stroller every time. Also when I opened the windows, many mosquitoes came in our room.

Wonderful stay in Bruges!
Pros:

Wonderful stay in Bruges! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet the hotel feels peaceful and cozy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel itself has so much charm and character. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Pros:
